This mouse is working out quite well for our family. My only bad hence the missing star observation is that, at times, the mouse seems to lag the cursor a bit. Id note that while it may be the mouse, it may be the mouse settings, or my computer I have no idea, and the effect isnt enough for me to care. However, Id keep this in mind if youre going to do any highpressure gaming or some such. But otherwise, a very good value.

I recently purchased an Acer R 1 Chromebook and wanted a wireless Mouse to use with this product. I am not a big fan of track pads. The one on this computer works fine, but I wanted a mouse. It worked right out of the box once I inserted the USB dongle that communicated with the mouse. It scrolls well. Fits well in your hand. It is an excellent product. The price is right as well. You always know if B and H sells it it works

The mouse that came with my 15 inch laptop stopped working. A number of years ago I had bought a LogitechM185 Wireless Mouse for my desktop. This Logitech mouse has always been easy to use and dependable. It is a plug and play mouse. It was a no brainer to buy the LogitechM185 Wireless Mouse for my 15 inch laptop.

Bought this back in May of 2020. Didnt need it till today Aug 2020. When I opened the package there was no battery no big deal but the thing you plug into the computer to make the mouse work was also not in there. I tried to call BB in Roseville, MI for over 1 12 hours and no one ever answered the phone. This is just horrible. How can you do business like this. And, on your recorded messages there is no option to enter for help with an item you ordered like missing parts. Really just disgusted right now and am unable to drive up there for about 2 to 3 more weeks. So now I dont have a mouse and am not good on computer without one.

Pros This optical mouse gives me everything I want need when using my laptop. I must admit I do not do gaming, so not sure if suitable for that, but for me its a nice little bit of equipmentCons Maybe a choice of colours would be nice

I got this to replace a mouse that died on my. I love how small it is. It fits perfectly in the palm of my hand. It works terrific and Im very pleased with it.

Its a wireless mouse. I like it. No complaints other than their making in China, something I forgot to consider. Time will ell how long it lasts. My experience with Logitech over many years is they make good products. Could be a little wider and higher to fit the fingers and palm better.

nice mouse, works well. Looks good as well. Yet to see how long the battery last. But good package as most wireless mouses do not come with a battery but this one did. If you are like me and using this on android, I can tell you it worked straight away on my android box and it was easy to use.

Logitech is the only brand of wireless mouse in our household. I have tried others and this brand is simply the best brand in the market. I will be stopping by our neighborhood Best Buy to pick up another one for my newest acquisition.

Pros Straightforward to set up and comfortable to use. No more tangled cables.Scrolling wheel simplifies many operations. Using ON OFF switch each time greatly lengthens battery life.Overall an excellent product. Highly recommended.Cons No.

I purchased this mouse for use with my Acer Chromebook. I was able to plug in the USB adapter and it immediately began working. It is so much nicer to have a mouse to use versus the mouse pad and makes it a lot more user friendly for my 8 year old. Light weight mouse, easy to install and a pretty color. Very pleased with the quality value of my purchase.

Pros It looks so good and neat, especially with the red rim. I have quite a small hand and this is just perfect for me, very comfortable to use and it works well.Cons The only small fault with mine is that the light underneath doesnt work. Of course this doesnt impair its function but a light would have been the icing on the cake

The perfect small mouse for travel use. Very portable and battery life is great. Range easily exceeds 10. I normally leave the usb dongle on the laptop as it is very small and doesnt impact the portability of the laptop

Do not buy this mouse. The one I received was NOT a Logitech product. The packaging and mouse have been made to look very like a Logitech product, however on inspection of the mouse, it is made of cheap quality plastic. Internal wires are visible and the USB dongle is made of 3d printed plastic.

Only left, right, and middle button. Its very lightweight, which makes it feel cheap. Works fine, Id just recommend spending a little bit more money for a mouse that feels a little nicerhas a browser back button.

Great value. Mouse is light weight. Moves easily. If you are looking for something with substantial weight to hold, this may not be for you. But if you want a good priced mouse that does all the basics, this is it.

I needed an upgrade from my last mouse. I bought this while on sale. Logitech is a great company and I love their products. The only thing I miss on this mouse is the back button by the thumb. When youre use to using a mouse with one it takes some getting use to when there isnt a button.

A couple of years ago, I purchased a Logitech mouse, which was nice and small and had almost NO clicking sound. That mouse was getting harder and harder to use as the ONOFF switch is completely smoothed down making it too hard to use. It fit PERFECTLY in my hand and fit in my laptop bag perfectly.I came to BestBuy hoping to get the same mouse, however the only mouse available was this one. It feels good in my hand, but it is has a larger profile, which means it does not fit in my laptop bag.The other thing about this mouse is the click factor. This mouse is definitely louder. Everyone hears it when I use it. Thankfully, my wifes Microsoft mouse is much louder than this Logitech mouse, which means she cannot say anything about it.

Does what its supposed to, no problems. Recommended for those who want a basic wireless mouse. It is made smaller, so it is best for use with laptops and people with a smaller grip.

Nice mouse which has a very quiet roll wheel. It lasts a long time and works perfectly on most surfaces. The plastic feels a little cheap but it is sturdy enough. Overall for the reasonable price I cant complain much. Recommended.

I purchased a new laptop and immediately knew I would need a new wireless mouse to go with it. This mouse is my go to, as I have it in blue for my previous laptop. It is affordable, easy to install just insert a USB connector, and easy to use. If youre looking for a simple wireless mouse you cannot go wrong with this option.

So, I bought this wireless mouse for my 6yo to use for homeschooling. Chrome books are hard to mouse with little fingers.Unfortunately she tossed the nano port. It obviously wasnt packaged with the mouse Im talking right besidebehind in obvious spot.Im sure it would work just fine though Price was cheapest around

    KEDDR

The package arrived as planned. As soon as I opened the cardboard package I noted that there was nothing in the bulging section at the base of the plastic packaging where I expected the nano receiver to be. I could see that the mouse was in place inside the packaging. Undaunted, I opened the plastic packaging, with some difficulty as it was so tightly packed so nothing could have dropped out and it contained the mouse, a set of paper instructions and no nano receiver, as I had feared. The mouse, as it stands. is therefore useless to me.

This unit replaces one of my first M185s that failed after 34 years. I dont know why it failed but it was getting intermittent in operation. At its cost it isnt worth it to try to fix the old one. The one on my desktop is also old and the batteries last forever even though I never shut it off.

This works as well as any of my other Logitech mice, which I like a lot. Good control, simple basic shape I really am not interested in these newer wonky mice that look like theyre designed to break the sound barrier rather than just move a pointer around a screen. This particular mouse, though, falls a bit below my expectations for Logitech. It feels much lighter weight, much less substantial there is a little bit of rattle when I move it around maybe a loose battery cover It doesnt seem loose when I check it, but that little rattle is there, nonetheless. If you use your computer as much as I do Im a computer programmer, both professionally and as a hobby, you might want something a little more than this mouse. The M325 I bought years ago is far better, but even the Home Essentials Direct Basics mouse I bought around the same time is better. Also, obviously not a gaming mouse, so if thats youre thing, definitely look elsewhere.

I couldnt live without this mouse. Being lefthanded but also preferring to sometimes use my right hand this mouse is so great because its able to just be switched straight over and is easy to use without having a shaped design for only one hand preference. Its easy to port around and I prefer it so much more to the built in mouse pad on my laptop. Very affordable you can get them at Best Buy or order them quickly from Amazon and theyre a great bang for your buck.

We have all heard of the expression buy cheap, buy twice, well I did it three times before realising that it takes a well known brandname to get a decent mouse. This mouse is by no means, a highend, gaming mouse, but it is simple, ergonomic, comfortable and does the job well on numerous surface types. It has an onoff button, but I must confess I never use it as the battery seems to go on and on for months. Although it only has three buttons, Logitech software can been downloaded to enable you to make the scroll wheel into a back button if you wish or in fact assign any other combinations such as make it lefthanded. The software also warns you when the mouse battery is low. Having bought three unbranded mice from China over a period of a year, that fell apart, didnt work on wooden tables, or broke within 2 months, I thought it was time to spend a little more and purchase one with a name I knew. Actually, I liked it so much….I bought another for a friend.

A mouse is a mouse is a mouse Right Not quite. This Logitech mouse is just that little a bit better than your average mouse. It is comfortable to use for prolonged periods. It fits my hand well, feels very responsive and, well, just feels better than my previous mice. I do like it very much for both work and social gaming. There arent really any negatives, after all, as I said a mouse is a mouse is a mouse This positive review is based entirely on my experience and perceptions and as such I thoroughly recommend it.

    kristina.h

Very good mouse, very smooth and responsive. It uses normal batteries, but somehow they last a very lung time, which means it doesnt use a lot of energy. The little usb doesnt get in the way and is quite discreet. Definitely recommend.

Once I found the USB plug and got it up and running it works fine. The plug was a bit of challenge to find, because it was put into a small space, inside the battery chamber, and just looked like part of the mouse. Once I found it and plugged it in, the computer just took over and its been working fine ever since. Also, the price wasnt 4.66. It was 14.99 before taxes, which still isnt a bad price. Its just not what is advertised on this site.

The mouse is the cheapest 12 at a Best Buy store, but it serves the same purpose as the one I have bought for 17. I have not noticed any major difference in its functionality. It is very sensitive meaning that the mouse started to work immediately after the USB key is inserted into my ASUS computer slot.

  35. blank

Very good travel mouse or to keep in a laptop bag. Smaller size may be a drawback form some users or for prolonged use. Classic Logitech quality and value, they really cant be beat when it comes to making good accessories at a great price point. Never had any issues with connectivity with Logitech wireless products, this mouse doesnt use a Unifying receiver, so keep in mind you cant pair it with a Unifying receiver if you already have one for other Logitech devices. The Unifying receivers have the orange starasterisk logon on them and can have up to 6 devices paired to a single receiver.

Ive bought a few of these and intend to keep doing so for my various computers, friends and family. Incredible battery life, typically 18 months on one Duracell, maybe 9 months between recharging a 1800 mAhr battery. And thats without using the onoff switch. No signs of lag. The only possible downside is that theyre a bit small but I have big hands and thats never bothered me. Ive dropped them at various times, onto wooden and carpeted floors, still keep on working…

Pros Bought this to use with my cctv Dvr player. Very easy to set up and use. Nice shape and compact size make it easy to handle and it works better than the mouse that came with the system, combine that with the great value for money it makes this mouse highly recommended

I was told that a mouse could take the place of the touchpad and so I researched and found yours for the best price anywhere. It also shipped free and quickly. It has taken me a few days to get used to using a mouse for the first time in many years. Sometimes I cannot get it to work with all the functions and Im not sure why. This usually occurs when I am trying to edit mistakes. It wont work when I click where I want to edit sometimes. Thankfully, I have a touchscreen and am able to hit the spot and continue. I dont know why.

Pros Easy to setup. Comfortable, despite being slightly smaller than normally use, but ok. Despite other reviews, no problem with the battery, or any of the other issues they reported. 3 years Warranty on the Mouse is a bonus, if needed.Cons Nothing really, that I didnt like, but would have preferred it to be a bit larger, though its not an issue.

Logitech 105 The mouse is very good but the instructions for assembling it are not. The computer end of the link is supplied in the mouse and it requires removal and plugging into the PC. This only takes seconds when you reaise its there. I would buy one again

I bought this to replace an earlier similar Logitech mouse. Its just as good but I miss the GreenRed LED to indicate battery condition, the old one possessed. It does however, probably due to the prior omission, seem to have a very much longer battery life. Anyway, Im well happy with it plus delivery was quick.

Pros Works very well with my Windows laptop. No input lag between moving the mouse and the cursor moving onscreen.Nice simple design.Reasonably priced.Onoff switch to preserve battery prevent accidental cursor movements.Good battery life.Cons The mouse is perhaps slightly small for my hand. Could do with being slightly bigger, although that is being pernickety.

Basically the description is incorrect and says this mouse comes with a unifying receiver so you can have multiple devices paired to the same part you plug into the USB port but its not. I needed a mouse to pair up with my current logitech keyboard. Otherwise it seems to be a decent mouse and works well.

This is my second attempt at buying a new wireless mouse from Stationery Packs. Prior to buying this one I recently bought the Trust 16536 mouse and this was a bad experience see my review of that model. This Logitech M185 is smaller than the Trust 16536, but not as small as the ones used on laptops. It is lightweight mainly on account of it only needing the one AA battery. You soon get accustomed to the size and its light weight though. The main thing for me is that it actually communications very well with the dongle, on a desktop PC with the mouse about 1m away from the rear USB port where the dongle receiver is plugged in. This mouse is effective in use unlike the Trust 16536 model….

Was in need of a mouse. It is a good size, not too small. The battery life is good. I think the battery has been changed twice since owning. The Logitech symbol has wiped off already, this hasnt happened with previous models. Its a good basic mouse for on the go and everyday work or browsing.

I wasnt expecting a lot from this other than basic cursor movement, after only being able to use it three times it stopped working. So if you need a reliable mouse I would look at something in a higher price point. Pictures below show the mouse with a new battery, turned on and the the light is not coming on as it should.

I had started a remote gig which involved major usage of the touchpad on my laptop. I found this to be a bit cumbersome after awhile. I discovered this optical mouse listed on your website, placed an order and picked it up at my local Micro Center store. Wow this has proven to be really helpful. It has been smooth sailing. The wireless connection to my laptop still amazes me. I recommend all to purchase this.

This is my third logitech wireless mouse. I have been very satisfied with all of them. They are ergonomically perfect. Having storage for the USP transmitter in the body of the mouse was simple genius. The packaging was very thoughtful in that it was easy to open I have spent fifteen minutes trying to open a tough plastic package. Thank you Logitech for being considerate.

This is the second mouse of this brand I have owned. The first one lasted approx. 7 years. It just started to wear out which I can see after 7 yrs of use. It works great and easy to install. Battery life is quite long since I dont even remember how often I changed battery in the old one. So for all these reasons I give this product 5 stars.

After several years of daily use, my old Logitech Mouse was beginning to show its age. Time for a new one What a good buy the M185 has proved to be. As soon as I had plugged in the tiny nano receiver it was ready to go. It fits my hand exactly and is very light, so it feels part of me rather than an accesory.Beautifully made, it is also very easy to use, instantly responsive and so far completely reliable and very fast. The battery will last a year, but If I need to leave my laptop for a while I can just flick its neat little OnOff switch off and save battery power. My old one was black, but you can chose a neatly coloured edge for the M185, and I liked that a lot. I chose blue, and it matches my Acer laptop which pleases me every time I sit at my desk.

Pros Ive had a similar one for about 12 years and it is still working as new. I now have two PCs so have bought another one. It is not expensive and as long as you remember to switch it off when not in use, the batteries last a fair while.

I have two tower pcs and a laptop. I have just been upgrading all three and the mouse on one has been playing up for a few weeks, so I decided to replace it. After reading a number of reviews, I opted for the Logitec M185 wireless mouse and I am glad that I chose that option. The mouse is very comfortable to use, is sensitive, but not too sensitive, so there is good control over its functionality. It has two buttons and a central wheel control all of which appear well engineered and produce accurate navigation and action on the screen. Overall the mouse is perfect for my use, which is home office with the very occasional game play. I was surprised to see a Logitec mouse on sale for such a competitive price and I am so impressed with it that I am contemplating buying another to replace the mouse that I currently use on my main pc. I would certainly have no hesitation in recommending this product.

I purchased this mouse as a backup to my old mouse failing, as I new it was starting to do strange things at times. Well it finally died, and I remembered this new one. I got it out and found myself wondering how much trouble it was going to be to get it connected. After realizing that all I had to do was plug in the USB part of it I dont know what to call that, and it started to work immediately, I dont think that it could have been much simpler. I bought this when I got the 5 rewards back and had thought that if I didnt like it that I wouldnt be out too much money. Now that Ive used it I think that it was a great deal. It is a little hesitant or sluggish at times, but for the most part, it does fine, especially for the small price that I paid.

This is a sturdy but light little mouse, that needs the small nano receiver plugged in to the computer. Using a receiver has the benefit of instant functioning with no searching for a Bluetooth signal etc. The mouse fits comfortably in the hand, and this model has a smart dark red band running round it.

I have used one of these with my desktop for a few years. My only issue is that when the battery is low it seems to start double clicking. Not a big problem just change the battery I bought a second for use with my laptop. I had a slight panic as I thought the USB dongle wasnt there, then realised it was stored inside the battery compartment. Actually a good design feature. I was also concerned that it may use the dongle of my old mouse but it seems to have its own frequency so there is no interference. Again, a good design feature. I feel it is a good, cheap dependable mouse.

Not the best wireless mouse we ever bought. Clicks kind of loud, the cursor is jumpy, it is kind of small in hand. Its for the kids computers for remote learning, but still. For the price it is a decent value and gets the job done.

Logitech makes my favorite computer mouse ever. They fit my hand perfectly and are very comfortable to use. This one is great, works with my laptop. I love how the USB wireless thing tucks into the bottom of the mouse so you wont lose it. A fun blue color, too. Love it

This is a tough little mouse and with a lot of emphases on LITTLE. The length is only 3.75 and the width is only 2. If youre an adult male, youll likely find this mouse not just short but narrow.Despite its size, however, its very rugged. I once slammed it against the table, thinking it would break, and to my surprise it continued to work and still does to this day.Final thoughts. Good mouse but small. Im now using the Logitech M330 silent mouse and its much more comfortable.

You can buy any Logitech devices without any worries. I bought, a couple of years ago, a Logitech mouse and keyboard combo and I havent had any single technical problem. What attracts me the most is the long battery life of their devices, the main reason I bought this mouse this time, since the one I previously had not a Logitech needed to be recharged almost every week. And dont forget the 3 years warranty that comes with any Logitech products.

The mouse works great and fits great in my hands, super light weight. Mousepad on laptop still works if you have the mouse still plugged in. Being 510, I have a big hand. The is not very big. It definitely doesnt fit my hand its WAY TOO SMALL. I had to get it because its what was authorized by my company, which apparently is run by a bunch of tinyhanded people. Other than that, its a basic wireless mouse. Theres nothing special about it. Pros Great value, works perfectly well as a basic mouse for browsing, not too heavy or light, battery lasts a long time, connection always good, buttons and wheel work well.Cons This is the 2nd time Ive purchased this mouse, as although it works really well and is pretty cheap, the left clicker on the previous one did start to falter after only about a year and start clickingdragging on pages when I didnt want it to. Still didnt stop me buying the exact same one again, but the life of the mouse doesnt seem to be particularly long.

No waiting for bluetooth signals etc. Instantly on and works perfectly. Only potential problem is that it is possible that sometimes the battery can slip loose and cause the mouse to stop working. I find the rounded contour very natural. What I like best, using a browser, is that clicking on a URL with the scroll wheel in the centre opens the URL in another tab. Very useful and time saving.

Easy set up. Plug in the dongle. The computer recognizes the external device and the mouse is up and running immediately. Will admit it took me a few minutes to realize they didnt forget to pack the dongle. Open the mouses battery compartment and the dongle is inside there in its storage spot.

This mouse is cheap but very durable. Ive abused it quite a bit by accidentally dropping it multiple times, chucking it in my bag which sometimes contains lots of books and a heavy laptop crushing it. Yet, it still works like its brand new.

Pros Simple to set up even for a technophobe like me. So much easier to control the cursor than the finger pad.Cons At first I couldnt work out how to find the signal unit that plugs into the side of the laptop.Maybe you could put a clear indication as to where its located and how to get at it.

Pros Love this mouse. Ergonomic and easy to use. Great battery life and portable if you need it to be.Cons My laptop doesnt have any usb slots so I have to use this with a usb to usbc converter which means it sticks out slightly from side of my computer and could be knocked out of the slot if moving around lots. Not the problem with the mouse though, just compatibility with my work technology.

I dont like it.My last one was the mouse in the MK300 keyboardmouse combination. It was great for 3 years then I lost the scrollwheel press to orbit function for 3D work. This one the wheel feels gritty, and it misses clicks, ie you click on something and it doesnt engage when moving quickly. Ive tried it for a week, but Im swearing more. Its also a little too small for my liking not quite as small as the other portable laptop mice, but smaller than previous. I thiought Id get used to it, but with the other problems, its not worth it.It works, but its not Logitechs best. Also I didnt pick it because it was cheap I picked it because Logitech and Microsoft have usually been better.

I ended up buying this mouse a few years ago after my old one unfortunately took a bath. If you need a mouse for everyday use it works just fine so Id give it a 4 stars for that. Factoring in a touchy onoff switch that would sometimes stick in the off position, a very cheep feel as one, and some minor glitches. Nothing that I wouldnt expect for a cheep mouse. However I do a lot with photo editing and Id find that it would cause my curser to wiggle a little bit when doing careful editing no matter what surface it was on. I couldnt draw even a semi straight line with it if I wanted to but my old mouse which was twice the price of this could. More recently it is starting to just drop connection for half seconds while using it 1 meter from the receiver too which has been rough. So for more delicate applications like editing and drafting I would recommend getting a better mouse unless you are willing to live with its quirks for the time being. In which I give it 3 starsOverall, it has done well for the price for a few years, but the mouse wheel has finally stopped working and so I am finally ready to actually get a better mouse again.

Who doesnt have one of these Its always in my work bag as an emergency back up, I actually think I have another one stashed somewhere in my office I mean theyre so cheap and way better than accidentally dragging your wrist over the laptop touch pad. Snag one and leave it in the box for an emergency. Feels very light and clicks very audible. Standard mouse, plug and play, no extra software needed.

This is the best mouse I have ever used. I havent tried that many but Im so happy with it I dont feel the need to look any further…for now at least. Its lightweight for its size which is perfect for my hand. I ony hold it with my finger tips and dont have my hand resting on it, so it doesnt matter what ergonomic shape it is. The buttons respond really firmly and quickly, and the scroll is also quick to respond and clicks as you turn it but not so as to be annoying. The only thing which IS annoying for me is that it squeeks from time to time I have experienced the same thing with other logitech mice Ive used which were different models the most recent one also stopped working after about a year which is why I bought this one…I hope the same thing doesnt happen Also, for this particular purchase, the image shows a red mouse ane the one I received has a black top with red stripe around it. The description is black, but you might not guess exactly what it wil look like. Its not problem for me, I like it, but dont be surprised it the one you get doesnt look like the photo in the advert and isnt all black.

Instore service at Harvey Norman, Batemans Bay, was good, however my purchase was online, for click and collect. Noone answered the bell or reacted to my knocks at their back door, despite the sign saying it was click and collect, and to ring for service. I had to go around the block, into the store to get my purchase. The mouse itself is good, but be aware the usb section of it is inside the device a good idea, but not immediately obvious.

I have small hands and have used a wireless, Logitech mouse for years. The very old one finally gave out and I was happy to replace it with one I thought would be even lighter. Unfortunately, Ive found that while the overall weight is slightly less that the old one, all of the weight is at the back in the battery compartment. When you lift it slightly, it pivots downward between your fingers and the back end tends to drag along unless you clasp it tightly and lift it with your whole hand which I prefer not to do when working 812 hours per day. Also, the old one had a nice rubbery wrap around the sides that made it much grippier. I mean the M185 works fine, its cheap, but for me its also tiring to use. Ill probably replace it as soon as I can get into a store to test out a new one.

Pros Bargain price and it came with a battery too It really did connect in seconds, which is very helpful in not having to go in to my lap tops Bluetooth settings.Cons The only negative thing about it is its size. I bought this online, and its replacing a much larger product. I would say that while its a good size for a child, if you are able to spend a bit more on something bigger, try and find a larger design.

Nice mouse I have big hands but this mouse is easy to use and feels like a reasonable quality item. I find it a great help on the small screen of my Nexus 7 tablet. AND At last I can use my partners laptop without that silly touch pad taking off by itselfThe tiny receiver for the USB port tucks inside the mouse when not in use.Worked straight away on Windows 8, Windows 7 had to download the drives when I connected it simply did it all on its own. The Nexus also worked straight away.

I bought this wireless mouse around 7 months ago before I started school. It was super affordable, but I initially had my doubts since I use Apple products and Im generally unfamiliar with other tech brands. The battery power lasts a long time, it was a breeze to set up, and it works perfectly for remote learning. No problems so far, and I dont foresee any in the future. Very pleased with this lil mouse and I highly recommend it.

I bought this mouse a month ago and its working great. Ive dropped it at least three times, it flew across the floor and the battery cover came off, and it still works great. Its not heavy to use, it fits nicely in my hand, it glides nicely, and its accurate. I saw a couple reviews about people not getting the usb receiver, I think its possible those people just couldnt find it, so I included a picture of the location. I remember wondering where the usb receiver was when I first opened the mouse. You have to take off the battery cover and pull the receiver out of a little slot. Since everything is black it blends in and I dont think there were instructions or there were and I threw them away. Anyhow, I recommend this mouse. It went through a lot of abuse the first month and it survived.

  102. blank

    Logitech

Good product for the price. Connects with receiver and cursor follows motions of mouse. Clicking action is stiff and left click makes a chirping sound like something is rubbing inside of the mechanism. Also when moving from side to side something inside rattles like it is loose. Dont expect this to last very long.

Cant go wrong with Logitech for mice. Good price and a good product. Its no match for my gaming mice but it wasnt meant to be. This thing is light, compact and works great. This is the only mouse model I have liked enough to buy more than once. My first one lasted for 7 years, the only time Ive gotten more than 3 years from a mouse. The other models Ive tried eventually get replaced with the M185. This is a good size not too wide or too tall, and more comfortable than the compact travel mice. I use it mostly lefthanded, so the symmetrical design makes it very comfortable. The battery life is surprisingly good. There are tons of reviews on Amazon about current Logitech mouses complaining about how they simply stop working after the warranty expires but BEFORE even one year goes by it happened to me. Bought two mice at 9.99 each a total of twenty bucks. Not eleven months went by, both stopped working. Theyve made them disposable who needs that And the exact same complaint is being made about their wireless keyboards for tablets. Its a colossal ripoff. Bad reviews on BBB website also. Ill see if I can start a class action lawsuit against these guys over this, its an abuse that shouldnt be happening, or tolerated.

If youre looking for something solid and cheap like say, a laptop this will do. Not ergonomically friendly, however. If you suffer from carpal tunnel, or any other fictional conditions, this may not be the best for you. They do break occasionally. Had one for a year….broke. But I had one for 4 years….got stolen. Not Logitechs problem though. Long story short, they work well, are cheap, and will not last forever. Thats life.

One AAA alkaline battery included claims one year battery life. No red or blue laser light visible like other mice Ive used in the past emits no visible light of any kind that I can detect you dont even know that it is switched on. But it tracks wonderfully on any surface Ive tried it on. Light weight construction. Low profile about 516ths inch protruding USB dongle is unobtrusive. Instantly pairs wirelessly with the mouse on a Windows 10 laptop. Plug and play installation automatic Windows 10 setup. Long effective range up to 10 meters specified although I havent actually tried using it that far away. I like it a lot so far about two weeks experience.

Basic mouse no multiple addons here. Scroll, left right click, which is just what I need for email and surfing the web on my Dell laptop. No cursor drifting whatsoever, plus Logitechs built in battery saver program does seem to help cut down on their replacement. Recommend.

Ive always been a big fan of Logitech. So I picked up this mouse for my laptop. As a small, portable mouse it definitely did the trick. But its just too small to be doing graphic editing as the mouse is extremely sensitive. Personally I prefer a larger mouse for my hand to be precise in my graphic editing. It just seems a bit too sensitive. Since then I have upgraded to a slightly higher model that is more comfortable on the hand and wrist Also a Logitech Mouse.

I like the simplicity of this mouse and it fits nicely in my hands so comfortably. When I found out where the wireless attachment for the computer was via salesperson at OfficeDepot its a little compartment built into the mouse, very compact and comes in the back of the mouse, great I like the speed and quick maneuverability of this little mouse. This mouse is not very easy to use. It isnt accurate at all when moving it to click on a certain part of the screen. I planned to use this with my old computer, so I did not need it to be amazing, but I thought it would at least be functional. I bought this to use with a desktop PC. This is quite a small mouse, definitely too small for big man hands its smaller than the last one I had which came with a microsoft wireless keyboard It doesnt have much grip on the outside, its too smooth and polished. Its very light which means it can be difficult to control, right clicking can be a bit of a pain as it seems to click the back button quite often, which is first on the list of menu functions this has happened a lot so it has become quite annoying. Its decent enough for the price. Its got an off swith too to conserve battery power. For the price its ok but if Id seen it and had a chance to hold it I wouldnt have bought it. Itll do for now.

Mouse received without a battery. Mouse itself is not responsive, and floats over the screen anywhere. It also freezes, and will not move. I was torn between four and five stars but for the money that this cost I shouldnt complain. In gloves I usually wear a mens size large or mediumlarge and this mouse did perfectly in my hand. I just wish there were two things slightly different about this, one would be that a light goes on, on the bottom when you have flipped the switch to on. And second, the switch to turn it on is recessed and I wish was just a little bit easier than trying to find my nonexisted fingernail to push it to on. But it can pick up very fine detail on a completely gray ironing board or used on a white Ikea kitchen table, wasnt sure it would work without contrast but this thing is seriously hightech in a very affordable package.

Have previously used less expensive computer mice and they have generally failed eventually due to poor design or keeping manufacturing costs low. I love Logitech and was not disappointed with this mouse.I used this on a Windows 10 laptop with a wonky touchpad and had instant plug and play wireless connectivity via a teensy USB receiver. At first I feared I would lose the receiver then I just left it in place and forgot about it. It was so small that my laptop still fit within its neoprene sleeve while it was plugged in.The mouse is travelsized, contoured and very comfortable to use. It is lightweight, yet sturdy enough to toss into my laptop bag for commuting. The mouse glides smoothly and responds well with optical tracking no laser light. The batteries have a one year life expectancy, helped by an onoff switch to help conserve power.I have small hands and this mouse nestled nicely in my palm. However, I could see how someone with larger hands might feel cramped using it.

I am not a tech person. Wish the package said the dongle receiver is inside the battery compartment. Not seeing it as part of the package puzeled me. But putting it into the computer and battery into the mouse, it was connected and working instantly. The battery is supposed to last a year wow.

The smaller size of this mouse fits my hands well. I find the design comfortable even after long periods of use. Tracking and performance is top notch. Two things Mouse is sensitive to battery size. Just a tiny bit of difference in the snugness of batteries and mouse will not perform with certain brands. I bought this as part of a keyboardmouse set. It worked great but the sensor light never came on and I didnt think anything about that, but the accuracy of the mouse was never exact. I thought it was my nonreliable wifi. It didnt occur to me that the sensor light was not even working until recently. Often it wouldnt scroll and now is not scrolling at all. The response to my moving the cursor was erratic sometimes overshooting my target or not getting to it. I assume, now, this is because the sensor never worked from the beginning. I am purchasing another because I really like this mouse but I didnt realize there was a problem soon enough to replace it. I would recommend it but would suggest you check the sensor light right away.

This was my third purchase of this model and not because two went bad. Quite the contrary. I now have one for my desktop, one for my laptop, and one I passed on to a friend who needed a mouse for her new laptop. What can I say Its lightweight and maneuverable in a way that my older bricksize mice were not. The unobtrusive USB receiver is super compact. And I like the fact that there is an onoff switch which should help with battery life. Its also handy, when I put the desktop to sleep, to turn the mouse off so if its inadvertently bumped, it wont wake up the computer which used to happen a lot with my older, alwayson, brick. Pros Seems to work very well so far. Nice size. Reasonably robust. Feels quite good in the hand. I must like these, seeing as how I have three of them. They work fine with or without a mousepad. The clicks are not whisperquiet, but not overly loud either. I think the mouse wheel felt a bit wobbly or uneven on one of them, but over time it has smoothed out. I have two of these in the same 15 x 20 room on different computers and they dont interfere with each other. They are only 2 wide by 3 long. I have small hands, so thats fine for me. Smooth moving, light weight, quick and quiet new model mouse is spectacular. Very affordable and in stock. I have zero complaints. I am a long tome Logitech user and another high quality produc in thier long lineup of great products.

I have never had anything bad to say re Logitech. I have a wired MX510 which must be around 10 years old and still works great. I also have a MX Anywhere for use with my gaming laptop. I bought this M185 to replace the Asus branded wired one with my daughters laptop. She loves it and it seems note its only a few days old as well built as previous Logitech mice.Note, I read a review before I bought it saying that the receiver was not in the box. I initially though the same thing then looked at the diagrammatical instructions and realised that the receiver was physically inside the mouse. Ingenious.

This comes up when searching for a Bluetooth mouse but dont get confused, this is not Bluetooth. You MUST use the little wireless receiver. I spent a half hour trying to get it to work with my MacBook. Problem being a modern MacBook only has USBC ports so youll need to buy an adapter to make this work with a Mac. Youre really in it for 35 total to get it working. Its a Mac thing not a Logitech thing. Just know what youre buying.

This is a Logitech mouse and so is of good quality. Shape, wight and ease of use are very good. The only thing lacking is any kind of indicatir light to show that that the thing is working or switched off or on Even the usual red laser light is not visible in this mouse. I initially returned tha mouse as not functioning, before actually hooking it up to the computer. The only sign of life is the mouse icon on the screen.Maybe that is why it was so cheap

I absolutely love this mouse. They are the best by Logitech. They are so smooth and feel so good in your hand. Your fingers fit just right on the mouse especially the left side where you have to move. I have many of these. All brand new waiting if I one should go. That will quite a long time. This is a good product to have on hand. I have been using this mouse since the day I bought it and have not had to change a battery yet Its great.

I needed a new mouse for my HP laptop which is running Windows 7 Home. The touch pad on the laptop has become difficult to control accuracy. My laptop is getting old 4yearsold.This mouse was on clearance sale at Walmart so I picked one up color black and gray. It matches the laptop… The 1year battery life AA seemed reasonable. I was very happy to see that the mouse has an onoff switch on the bottom so maybe the battery life will actually be longer as I rarely use the laptop.Plugged in the wireless USB receiver and the laptop recognized it right away. The mouse, itself, is a bit on the smaller size, but is great to carry in my laptop carrycase. So far, so good. I really like my desktop Logitech USB laser mouse. The M180 mouse seems to be substantial without being clunky. Its accuracy is so much better than my touch pad.

I bought the Logitech Wireless Mouse M185 for my son to use for his new laptop. It functions great for whatever he needs to do. He uses it for school work and gaming. He hasnt complained about any issues and says it works great. I would definitely recommend this product.

My wife was struggling to use the touchpad on her laptop so I loaned her my wireless mouse to try. Having been happy with my previous mouse I thought that I would have trouble finding a replacement. This one more than meets expectations. It is light and compact, very comfortable, and really convenient both in use and to carry. In projecting and recording presentations, I have found it still to work perfectly at a distance of 10 metres without any skipping or juddering. Really Pleased.

After purchasing and returning several cordless mice, my son bought me this one. I have a very small hand and this one nuzzles right into my palm. I also love that the power source plugs into my computer. No more setting it on the desk within Xamount of inches and making sure nothing is in between to block the signal. And my favorite color is red

I would not recommend this mouse. Its very cheap feeling and I have lots of issues with it. I have a chromebook so I am not sure if thats part of the problem potentially, but I have to click things several times for it to work. Or I will click once and it double clicks. It also makes a noise when I click thats just annoying. The size is nice and stylecolor but its just not worth the money.

Im somewhat above average size dude with maybe slightly average size hands. Logitech makes great stuff, but this mouse was just too small to use comfortably, plus I found that the buttons clicked too easily I always seemed to be clicking when I didnt want to. Might be perfectly fine for people with smaller hands, but I ended up getting a different wireless mouse to use with my laptop.

Pros Modest price, neatly packed. No wires to worry about.Cons I returned it straight away, so I cant give an opinion on how it performed, and I cant provide a photo. I saw it was much smaller than my current mouse, and my hand was not going to feel comfortable with nonstop typing.

This is the second Logitech M185 I buy the old one is still going strong, this one is for a friend. Its accurate, works on almost all surfaces, it fits perfectly in my hand and, unlike all other mice I had, the battery in this one lasts for months. It takes a normal AA battery, a regular one lasts me about 6 to 8 months, a rechargeable one 4 to 6 months. I am an IT professional, so the mouse is in use over 12 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Honestly, I only bought this mouse because it was very inexpensive. It will work for now, but may need to get another one later on. It does what a mouse should go, but….. It rattles more than Id like, and the rightclick button is super sensitive, so Im constantly pressing it. Also, there is no light on the bottom indicating that it is turned ON or off, and the onoff switch it sort of difficult to switch on off. Otherwise, its ok for the low price.

Pros Nice sleek design, great colour. Improvement on the earlier models is when you first turn it on you do not get blinded by the red light laser infra red sensor as this is invisible optic. Nice feel to the buttons.Cons Occasionally squeaks, a bit like a real mouse, quite funny.

I had one of these Logitech wireless mouse for years and it gave me no trouble tat is until i dropped it one time too many. I reordered the same model and it arrived within a few days. I love that it is really easy to use. You just stick the USB adapter in the USB port and the mouse is automatically synced with your lap top. Its very small so its easy to store in your back pack. Its battery powered and has an on and off switch underneath. It also has a spot for you to put the USB adapter inside the mouse where the battery is when you are not using it

This is not a minimouse, its slightly smaller than a typical wired mouse that comes with a computer. Call it semicompact. Its the only wireless mouse Ive owned so cant really offer any comparison. Im using it with a Chromebook I bought for portability and as an emergency backup to my desktop. I find it quite handy for that purpose…much better than the touchpad.

Good little wireless mouse. The plug in to get the mouse functioning on the internet is tucked away inside the mouse, when it first arrives. It has to be removed, then inserted into the port of your computer. It is easy to find however there are no instructions about this, and for those who are not tech savvy, this can cause some anxiety.

Pros Very easy to set up. Have had the same brand of mouse before, and the battery has an impressive life span compared with other mice.Cons The packaging has an empty bubble at the back. I returned the first mouse that was sent because I expected the bubble to contain the USB connector, the instructions and the battery. It turned out that these were actually in the mouse. The bubble seems to serve no purpose, and the mouse could be packaged more compactly without using hard plastic, which is difficult to open and can be hazardous when cut.

This Logitech M185 was bought to replace my very old Logitech M505 as the original receiver gradually became sort of heat sensitive … It was easier for me to buy the new mouse with a new nanoreceiver than to buy a new receiver for the old mouse … I have an Apple iMac and prefer to just leave the receiver plugged in all the time which probably was why the original receiver eventually became unreliable after many years of use … The new mouse looks and works exactly the same as my old one which is great … It is however quite a bit lighter since it only uses one AA battery … So far it has been perfect and if it lasts as long as the old one I will be delighted … I can therefore give this five stars and I highly recommend it.

She works from home and had a wired one the hung down in the way of the keyboard drawer and got in the way She really likes the smaller size and she said it was real responsive and she didnt have to move it around as much as her old one. Great little product at the right price point Installation on a Windows 7 PC was almost instantaneous with the neatly contained USB dongle which is cleverly located in the battery supplied compartment. A little smaller than my wired Logitech mouse, which is nice… and it works smoothly and accurately on a variety of surfaces. Buttons are positive and not overly noisy and the scroll wheel and button work smoothly. Overall, a great little mouse that has worked flawlessly in the time Ive had it and I would recommend it to anyone

I am a serial mouse and keyboard killer rarely does one last long for me I have killed more mice and trackballs at times than I could count in the past 20 years. Most of the time I have always used Logitech products, which have tended to last longer for me even though I would inevitably kill them sooner than Id like. This Logitech model wireless mouse is, hands down, THE best Ive ever used. Mine is more than 4 years old I bought mine at WalMart in early 2012, and my fiance bought the same model later that same year. Both of ours continue to do great with no signs of stopping For me with my history of killing mice before their time, this mouse has been a miracleI hope they never discontinue it Im considering purchasing a few more to have on hand just in case It can take a beating I couldnt tell you how many dozens of times my fiance has dropped or knocked his on our hard floor and it also has fantastic battery life and on only one AA battery. The only thing Id change about mine is it pretty much gives me no warning when the battery runs out, it just quits, and my fiances does the same. Thats OK tho, its just a minor thing and not that important… we Plug Playd ours and maybe thats why theres no warning for us, I suppose a manual install might result in a warning before the battery goes. Not that important though. In any case, best mouse ever in my book of 20 years of mouseing… on a scale from 1 to 10, this is a 20 I really do hope they never stop making it, it is THE best in my opinion.

I just bought a 60 Ultra HD Samsung smart TV which accesss the internet just like a computer only difference is you have to use this funky remote to get around. A real pain when you want to search something, takes forever to pump in all the info you need to search enter Logitech M185 cordless mouse. There are three USB inputs on the set so I figured a USB mouse would work and it does, now take it one step further and go cordless. One fall back with the TV is you cant download anything like software or apps so getting a cordless mouse that needs software for it to work is not going to make it. I found this Logitech which is plain and simple and doesnt need software just plugnplay. Popped the receiver in the USB and it works like a charm. Now if I want to choose a video on Youtube or just search the internet its a piece of cake and can do it from my sofa or armchair using my leg as a desktop. Unit tracks perfectly and buttons click nice and easy. Comes with a battery installed and lasts for 1 full year before you have to replace it. If it senses nonmovement it automatically shuts down and theres also an onoff switch on the bottom to shut it off when not in use. Perfect application works great and easy to set up and use it doesnt get better then this. Also its made byLogitech so you know its a quality product that will last for years..enjoy

When I took it out of the package, I noticed how flimsy it is. It had a battery already, but would not turn on. I replaced with a brand new battery, and it still does not turn on. I also noticed that the onoff button is very loose. Oh well. It was cheap. As the old saying goes, You get what you paid for. Ill know better next time.

Pros The best thing about any bluetooth wireless mouse like this is that there is no USB receiver to plug in to the computer or to lose. Of course its a Logitech so you know it works. Also it has an on off switch which not all do so the mouse cant click away in your bag and drain the battery. I like a three button mouse and even although it looks like a two button mouse the little square button on the top is the middle button which switches window on many systems. Im a bit of a mouse obsessive and this is the best mouse I have ever had.Cons The only problem I have had is that I also occasionally use bluetooth wireless speakers. If I do this and use the wireless speakers at the same time as the mouse, then moving the mouse can cause interruption in the sound signal. I think there should be some bluetooth tweak to stop this, but I havent found it yet.

I bought this for use with my laptop touchpads and I dont get along. Most wireless mice these days have a very small unit that plugs into a USB port on the laptop. That allows one to just leave it plugged in and minimizes chances of losing the small item. The trick is an onoff switch on the mouse. Maybe I should say the trick is then to remember to turn the mouse on and off as necessary. Ive had good experiences with Logitech mice and this one is no exception.

Having this for few months. I can say this thing is amazing. I like it small and very handy to move around the house and look for a small space to fit it in. If you like small stuffs but still powerful and durable this is the right one for you. I like it also because I got it for a good deal and doesnt have to pay much having the same use. I would definitely recommend this mouse to anybody. The price of this thing is most unbeatable part of this device as well as the function of it.

Pros My last one stopped functioning and so I replaced it with the same model. The previous one lasted for , guessing, over 5 years. No fancy bits just straightforward and job done. Why pay more for something that does the job and replaced one that had lasted so long. Would buy again.Cons No.

I purchased this as a replacement for one that stopped working after over 12 years of service. This new one functions but I could definitely see and feel the difference in the quality of the two items. There is also a lag between the actual movement of the mouse and the movement you see on the screen. It can be very frustrating when you are trying to complete a task.

The mouse I received was manufacturer refurbished and it works like a brand new mouse out of the box. This is after a few days with it and Ive noticed no problems. I gave it four stars only because its a simply mouse without any extra features for the PC enthusiasts. Works great and I should mention this is my second Logitech mouse. The first one lasted me over 5 years until the left click button start to double press. Totally my fault as it had been dropped repeatedly. Honestly it was insanely durable for what I did to it. So A to Logitech.

Pros It works well on W10. Nice shape, fits the hand well.Cons Very poor design for the battery cover. Its on the units base and the securing clip doesnt hold it on. It frequently slides off. Maybe mine is a bad one take your chance if you buy one of these.

Rather than have the sides go straight back or even with a bit of oval bulge, they indent the sides making it narrower for you to pinch between thumb and pinky. That is, the grip is too narrow and this is NOT a compact mouse. The buttons left and right are way too stiff, especially the middle button scroll wheel. There is no way youre going to be fast multiple clicking in a game with this mouse. The balance is screwed up. This uses two AA batteries. They are at the back of the elongated mouse. When you go to lift the mouse to reposition for continued movement back on the pad, it will fall back tilt up because your thumb and pinky are way forward of the center of the batteries. This means you have to lift the mouse higher since its butt end will drop and drag on the pad or surface. It is heavy. Versus the wireless mice that use a single AAA battery or my Kensington or Logitech wired mice, this must weigh 3 to 4 times more. With the tighter pinch width and a much heavier mouse, my pinky was getting tired after using this mouse for under a couple hours. It gets returned. Ill stick with wired mice that are lighter due them not having batteries and better balanced because, again, no batteries. Or Ill get a compact mouse I have the Logitech M185 for my notebook with just one tiny battery, lighter, and better balanced.

This is easy to set up, didnt come with an instruction book, however 3 minutes on youtube to see how it works. This allows my cat to pinch my bar stool in front of my laptop, and I can sit 6 feet away on me spare stool. Turn full screen on and bobs ya uncle wide screen entertainment. Ive had one almost identical to this one. I think it was a previous model. That mouse was just as inexpensive but the wheel felt much better. It was very quiet and operating smooth. Unfortunately this one feels extremely cheap as it is noisy and doesnt move smooth. I think the company is starting to cut corners. My suggestion is to price it a little higher, but install a better wheel that feels just like it predecessor. Other than that an excellent mouse.
