I love my new phone. Its so superior in so many ways to my old phone, theres no comparison. Its faster, way better camera options, more emogis and just all around superior. And its still slim enough to fit easily in a pocket or my purse. The woman and the two gentlemen who helped me buy it and set it up were extremely patient and explained things very well. And Joy of joys, everything works right away and it stays charged even with heavy use of driving directions. This is an excellent phone

I got this phone in the beginning of the year and Im extremely happy with it. The battery life on it is amazing and can last basically the whole day with one charge. The charger it comes with charges your phone super fast and you can get 50 in about 20 minutes. Finally, the camera quality is really good as well and makes photos looks beautiful with its new features. Awesome phone

The iPhone 11 pro has an amazing sleek design, battery life, camera, and display. If you are looking for a high quality phone around this price range I would definitely recommend it if you are looking to upgrade from an iPhone 7 or older as its designs and features are astonishing and nearly incomparable to any other iPhone besides the X. The fast charger the 11 brings its another added bonus as it can charge your phone much charger than the older conventional apple chargers and you wont have to go out of your way and spend extra money to buy one if you buy the 11 pro. Additionally, there is a plethora of cases abound to protect and style your phone that still show case the 11s sleek design for an added bonus.

Moved to this phone from iphone 5s. Main points better battery life, use only around 20 of full charge now whereas 5s would not last a full day. Camera quality appears excellent. Wifi connection stronger processor speed very good screen size appropriate not to big for trouser pocket Sturdy build quality. A range of memory size options good for those of us with a large music collection and photos. Just need a car with apple play now

I like the phone overall. The camera is GREAT which is why I bought it and you can take low light photos. I constantly have to enter my Apple ID password on this thing which is so annoying. I hate Face ID and having to have a passcode in order to have Apple Pay. I miss having a home button. I HATE not being able to use plug in headphones unless I have some stupid connector thing and that they dont come with headphones anymore. APPLE IS GETTING GREEDY and I wish they would stop changing stuff around to make it exclusive to their newer model etc.

My primary complaint is that the facial recognition feature is a major pain on a regular basiswith or without a mask. You have to position the phone, rather than just pressing the button that I had on my iPhone 7 with a fingertip for access. The fingerprint access is far and above a simpler and more reliable means of access. The facial recognition feature has become such an annoyance Im considering taking a hit on what Id paid and going back to a phone with the fingerprint feature.

It sometimes takes great night photos but jot as much as i would want it too. I take a lot of night photos and it doesnt do anything at times. That was the main reason for getting the phone. I like everything else. I wish i would have gotten the bigger phone and the one with more storage.

The iPhone 11 Pro is supposed to be a flagship upgrade to the iPhone X and its iterations in some respects it is, most especially the camera array. It does seem in this age that the cameras on the phone is more important than anything else, and to this end, the rear and forward cameras are superb in fact the Night Mode and new Wide and Portrait functions are outstanding. Nonetheless, the 11 Pro seems too similar to the X overall also the lack of 3D Touch being replaced by Haptic Touch is a step backwards and while it functions nearly the same, its implementation is not instantaneous as 3D Touch was and feels less innovative. Haptic Touch response has latency and this is bothersome. The only reason to upgrade is for the rear cameras natural night photography output if this is an important aspect in your daily usage.

Honestly It doesnt need any review and you will know its for you. Great camera, good speaker and crisp screen. Love the wide angle in video and photographing and how it could capture in dim condition. I love its honesty, no filter nor beauty effect on camera. Just the real me.

I honestly havent ever used anything but an IPhone. I dont know what I would do without it. The camera on this is great. It does have the 3 camera which I still have no idea how any of this works. I am definitely not tech savvy. But the rose gold on this is absolutely beautiful.

Just like other Phones, you have to be extra careful not to have scratches. I am used to have bigger phones from Huawei. This is my last option. Im satisfied. I like that you can pick it up because its not too big. Also, I invest in screen protector, cases that protects well. Most of my phones looks new, even for years. This part is personal prefence though. And also compare the memory from your old phone, its better to get a bigger Memory than from your old.

Went from 8 to 11 and I really like it. Feels faster than an already fast phone. In some apps you can really see the improved graphics even the XRs A12 would have brought, but I like the A13 processor in the iPhone 11 series for the improvements on the low power cores that it brings. My daily routine that would get me 4 and a half to five hours now only takes me down to 60 battery. The increase in RAM from my iPhone 8s 2GB to the 11s 4GB also sees fewer of my apps being closed

I have used the Apple iPhone 11 Pro every day for one year. The screen offers the best clarity for me. The sound is understandable. The size is perfect. The phone fits in my pocket as well as my handbag. The triple camera systems provides lots of capability and I love the depth of field feature for Portraits. Also, you can use the expanded field of view by zooming from the Telephoto to Wide to Ultra Wide.

Its good. I prefer the old models with the home button. Would rather have that than the extra screen space, tho the extra screen space is nice. Also prefer Touch ID to Face ID. Face ID is cool, but at least half or more of the time it cant work bc Im not actually looking directly at the phone or have sunglasses on or whatever and it goes to passcode anyway, just takes a second longer. All just personal preference

The last iPhone I had was the iPhone 7 Plus when it came out. After my contract was up I switched to the Samsung Galaxy S9Lets just say after two weeks of having it I missed my iPhone so dearly. But I learned to like it, stuck it out for two years and happily upgraded to this magnificent phone. The quality is superb. I have smaller hands, and the 5.8 display fits perfectly with one handed use. I also dont drop it as much because it fits so well in my hand.I really dont even notice a screen size difference between my previous phone and this one. Of course it took some readjustments from the one operating system to the next. But Im happily in love with this phone. Couldnt ask for a better one

This is my favorite phone I have owned to date. It has so much memory and is such a great size. Its not too big or too small. The screen is great, its literally like HD on my phone But the best part is definitely the camera I actually feel like I have a professional photographer camera on my phone

Previously I owned an iPhone 8 for almost 3 years. It was a fantastic phone and served my needs very well. Especially for photography. It was time to get a newer phone, as the iPhone 8 was starting to show its age. The iPhone 11 Pro is amazing The iPhone 8, by comparison, pales. Allaround a beautifully designed phone that builds on the nuanced and thoughtful architecture of hardware and software that Apple has developed.

Loved my IPhone 7plus. I used this to read my books, to play my games anti surf the web. I loved taking videos and pictures with. My I phone 7plus . But my husband bought me an Piphone 11pro and I am trying to get used to some of the new features But so far I love this phone. Clearer pictures lot more space to save my pictures .

Been an iPhone user since the 5. The processor on this phone is faster than all its predecessors. The screen is definitely more appealing to look at coming from a retina display on an iPhone XR. I would advise against getting any of Apples budget phones. If you have the money, buy the flagships. I just wanted to try one of their budget phones. That was a mistake Lol. They do NOT have the feel that I get with the flagships.

I have now had 2 of these phones in less than 2 months. The first one was returned within 3 days of receiving it. I was told with the first phone that it was probably just a bad phone and sim card as I couldnt carry out a single phone call or facetime without the other person having difficulty hearing me. the facetime would lag and only every other word was audible. apps on the first phone also wouldnt load. now here I am a few weeks into having the replacement brand new from the store and I am having the same issues with audio on phone calls and facetime. I have been through the rounds of technical support and resetting everything etc. I am waiting to see what Verizon is going to do about it as I cant keep having a phone that cant even do its most basic and necessary job.

Ive had this phone for coming up to 4 months now, and Im really happy with it. Ive not owned an iPhone before, always been happy with Android phones but liked what this phone was showcasing. 4 months in and Ive had no problems with it. Really nice looking, easy to handle, and photovideo quality is nice. I thought thered be some negatives, but as of yet I cant find any. Would definitely recommend this phone

One of the good things about the Iphone 11 pro is it doesnt have a home button. There is a face ID which gives extra security. Some apps can have a face ID. The size is really good. You can have dark mode on the Iphone 11. This helps you filter the bright light. You cant have dark mode on in the older Iphones. There arent any negatives. You can do so many new things on the Iphone 11. I love it. I highly recommend this product. I would give it 5 stars because it is a good quality product.

Nice upgrade glad I got the phone. Wouldve given it five stars but I had an issue with the ringer. Had to contact Apple three times before they figured out how to fix it. I really like Face ID.For years I was used to the fingerprint ID. Also like that it has the option for wireless charging. With this phone you get a faster charger thats a plus. Im having fun with the camera, hope to become more proficient using it as time goes by. Some of the photos Ive taken look to have more pixels per square inch and look richer.I thought this phone was the same size as my 7 Plus. Was considering changing to the max pro but Ive had it about a week and Im getting used to it.The screen is the same size but the frame is actually smaller.Couldnt add photos kept getting an error message.

The new iPhone 11pro I received was charged upon opening the box. This charge lasted two days. Long enough for me to download all my apps and info on it then the phone would never charge. I tried to return in store and they would not take the phone because I couldnt restore it to factory settingshow was I supposed to do this when they sent me a phone that wouldnt charge. I spent many hours on the phone with ATT and they told me to send back using package return shipping label, they would credit phone and I could reorder a new phone. Its now been over 2 weeks and the phone has still not been credited and I still cant reorder a new phone which I REALLY needed because no one can hear me in my old phonewhich is why I upgraded in the first place. Very unsatisfied with iPhone 11pro and ATT at this point. BTW Im still having to pay for the phone I dont even have

This is my current phone and I love it. The size is perfect and the cameras are awesome for taking pictures and videos. The face recognition works very well, it just sucks with the masks currently since you have to pull it down to open it. The password will come up quickly though so that works too. I would recommend this to other.

This phone is great Its slightly larger than a regular iPhone but not as big as any of the plus phones. The camera is incredible which is good, because its the main reason I chose this phone and the Face ID works great too. If youre coming from an android like I was, having no home button and notifications from the pull down menu will be completely normal.

Of the last handful of iPhones, this is the first one with with noticeably faster processing speed. Those with faster internet speeds finally get a chance to enjoy those speeds with this phone. Theres not a lot of wow me new features and its still a typical and familiar iPhone. Camera is upgraded and low light shots are better but not a ton better.HOWEVER, battery life is still bad. Only very slightly better than my XS. Dont believe the hype on battery life. 4 stars.

They have just simply mastered customer service excellence.I love Apple and buying from them directly, as I often do they are Most certainly best in class.I genuinely believe that the only company that trumps Apple, is John Lewis. Phone isnt even a year old yet and its problem laden. Cell data works when it pleases and same with wifi. I have to constantly toggle airplane mode or restart the phone. Ive done a full reset and newest os and the problems are still there. Random dropped calls when traveling with full service. Phone likes to hang and not bounce between towers so ill have no service or a bar as i m traveling by a cell tower. Also issues with it connecting apple carplay where i have to unplug the phone and plug it back in because it freezes. Brought issues up with support and phone analytics say its fine. horrible quality. Id take my iphone X back.

I upgraded from an old iPhone 7 Plus which feels like a huge step in terms of the camera and photo editing features. Love the color as well. Depending on the light, it looks a few shades lighter than a gunmetal gray but shift it a little and its a subtle metallic green. Using the Face ID was pretty easy to get accustomed to as were the navigation. I have yet to play with the other features. Four stars because its an expensive phone as per usual with Apple products relative to similar smartphones but it seems to be a fun, solid performer.

Feels good in the hand, not quite as big as the 11 pro max which I like. Switches between application quickly and allows you to still return to the previous app. Camera is the best I have experience and is almost DSLR quality. Pictures look great even in low light. Sound from onboard speakers is clear and load for a phone. Easy to set up and port from previous iPhones if iCloud is enabled on you profile. WiFi is great and can also be used as a mobile hotspot for other connected devices. The best iPhone to date in my opinion.

The camera on this phone is amazing, I knew it would be good but I am truly stunned by the quality. The midnight green is beautiful. The only thing I dont like about the new iPhone models is the lack of a home button. The swipe upslow swipe to close apps is wildly inconvenient and quite difficult to use.

Even after repeated training, the phone only recognizes my face half the time. Not only does Siri work only half the time, she is stupid and makes me go through long lists and multiple choices just to call a local store. the keyboard is lousy not intuitive. Drops calls sometimes calls will ring through without sound on the other end. Im not very impressed with the pictures the camera takes. Very difficult to bring up opened appsno matter how many times I try and swipe from the bottom side upwards, it rarely ever wants to workI have to be very slow and deliberate to bring things up.The phone is heavy Missing so many thoughtful features that my previous phone hadno programmed texting to send at a later time tried downloading an app to do this but can only receive texts through apples app, when setting an alarm, doesnt give you time range of when alarm will go off, no ability to close all opened apps with one buttonmust manually close each page one at a time, the list goes on and on. Very disenchanted by apple phones.Thank goodness I purchased this at Costco where they have a 90 day no questions asked exchange policy. Im trading this in for an android.

This phone is awesome. The cameras are terrific as is the screen. The size works well. Phone call quality has improved some. I preferred fingerprint id on my iPhone six. Sound quality is also improved. Going from the 6 to 11pro is an improvement but not a huge one. The 12 pro is too big. The SE for my daughter is nice and slight improvement over the 6. Battery life on the 11 pro is awesome. The perfect iPhone would add Touch ID and keep the mid night green color. Have a third iPhone 6 and dont feel I am downgrading a whole lot when I use it. So the upgrade really gets down to battery life,, camerascreen and color of phone. Am really glad I didnt upgrade to other iPhones that came after the 6. So many more things to spend the money on. Must be said I dont watch movies or play power intensive games. I do take many photos. Why do I need a new phone is the question Just because I can and want to can be a valid reason. Technology hasnt improved to the point where the camera has improved but technology not a whole lot.

This glass may be more drop resistant, but by making it so, its exceptionally susceptible to scuffs and scratches. After normal use, my new 11 pro looks terrible after just a few months. Side by side with my teenage sonss four year old iPhone 6 is remarkable. His looks perfect after all this time while my screen looks like it went though a battle zone. Its really unacceptable for a phone that costs this much to have such a poor quality display. Very unhappy with Apple on this one. Total fail.

No wonder young people cant put their phones down, and spend far too much money on data when these phones chew through it doing stuff you dont need or want it to do. These things go off suggesting this and that constantly. Far too many gadgets on it that pop up whether you want them to or not, and that you cant seem to turn off permanently. If I wanted to watch the news on my phone I would choose to do so, I do not want my phone telling me to watch this or that, or breaking news etc. I had to delete the app to stop it. Every time you pick up your phone it is demanding you do this or that, and you have to keep saying not now, this is time wasting and a nuisance in the extreme. I have no wish to pick an emoji for myself and have it whacked on all of my messages etc. If my old iphone 5 had not started to play up I would not of replaced it.

I upgraded from the iPhone X and it really is night and day Camera and its night mode and slow mode features make for some pretty awesome features to create family memories. Battery lasts me all day and night through hectic work and school schedule. Display is amazing when streaming Netflix and Hulu 4K shows on it. Some of the new iOS downloads like the swiping and converting pictures in your notes from just a picture to media scanned document have made other parts of my life so much easierCapabilities on this phone are endless and i highly recommend

I bought the 11 pro after my 6s finally stopped charging. Its the same operating system making it easy to use and transfer over. The service and connection is much more reliable than my 6s was, however nothing else changed interiorly. I love the new bigger, clearer screen. The camera is phenomenal. It feels weighted and durable without feeling heavy like a brick. The sound is clear as well. The price tag is big, but as someone who keeps their phones for many years, its worth it.

Absolutely incredible and truly worth every single penny The best phone money can buy I had waited to upgrade and held onto my iPhone 7 for years. Finally, it was time to update, and the 11 Pro is THE way to go I got used to Face ID nearly instantly, and it works better than the thumb print sensor ever did. The camera is insane, and the gestures are better than the button itself. I cannot recommend the 11 Pro or ANY 11 enough. Worth every single penny

Im very disappointed in the performance of the new iPhone 11 Pro. iOS 13 is an absolute train wreck. I switched from a 7 Plus due to glitches it developed after the latest iOS update. However, the new iPhone 11 Pro has a different set of problems, including CarPlay disconnections and Bluetooth issues. The only reason it gets two stars instead of one is because of the improved battery life, better screen, and wide angle camera. Save yourself the headache and wait for the iPhone 12, or better yet switch to Android. I wish I would have.

I upgraded from an iPhone 7 to 11 Pro. I love everything about my 11 Pro except for the bar that flashes at the bottom. This is particularly annoying when reading Kindle books at night in bed. I read to help me fall asleep and every time I turn a page, this line flashes a bright white light, which keeps me awake. I cut a piece of black electrical tape, which I use to cover this annoying light. I hope they eliminate this in future upgrades. Also, it feels noticeably heavier than my previous phone, but considering more battery life and a better camera, I can deal with a few extra ounces.

I didnt even need a new phone but when I seen this iPhone I jumped at the opportunity. One of my favorites is the new camera. I love taking photos of my son and my dog. All you have to do is switch the size and you can get a bigger group pic Im in love and another one of my favorite is the color I just got the regular pro and not the max. I just find the regular pro perfect size for me. I used to have the max since the iPhone 6 but switched it up when the iPhone X came out.

Wasnt at all sure whether to reduce size from my former XS Max to this new 11 Pro, but really pleased that I did. The 11 Pro is a perfect pocket sized powerhouse. The new camera features are outstanding, and so far at least, the advertised boost in battery life over previous iPhone models is noticeable, meaning Ive not missed the extended battery case I used to have on the XS Max.I am an iPhone fan, and have owned and used for business and personal reasons every version now since iPhone 4S when it was released in 2011. Whilst the devices themselves have changed massively over the past seven years and earlier adopters will agree with that too from the start of iPhone back in 2007, the familiar Apple feel is still very much part of the set up, making the 11 Pro a natural upgrade, particularly with XS Max still holding value admirably on the used market. Id thought about skipping a year this year to wait for the first Apple 5G handset, but in the end, the key aspects Id been wanting, namely stronger screen construction, camera improvements and battery improvements were all part of the 11 Pro making it a worthwhile investment for me at least.I love the new green colour, and also love the camera output. Overall a superb phone, and one Id highly recommend. Go for the 256GB version as a minimum though.

This is my wifes iPhone. The two are almost inseparable. She lost the phone she had before this one iPhone 8. She wanted this color and of course no had it and couldnt get it. but Best But rep said he would see if he could find one and HE DID It took about a week for it to come in to the store. This iphone has been very good, reliable and works where the other one couldnt. It was a BIG learning curve from her other phone as it was much advanced over the other one. She keeps adding things to it as she likes the verbal alerts it has. The positive far exceeds the negative on this iPhone.

Very nice, user friendly phone and camera. My old Android did not give me good phone reception inside my home. So, I decided to try the Apple and it works real well Everything about this refurbished phone is excellent. Not a scratch on it, and it worked from the getgo. It seems to have excellent battery life, and of course, can wirelessly recharge. The camera is outstanding, with features I am still discovering. You can do a lot of editing with lighting, contrast, depth of field, etc. right on the phone. I am pleased and can now make phone calls inside my home.

The iPhone 11 is awesome. The camera is phenomenal. I love it so much. I often find myself using this as a secondary to my bigger mirrorless cameras and it keeps up I really love the wideangle camera as well. Its really handy to have as I often found myself needing to move crazy back with the regular camera to get everything in the shot I really do recommend this to anyone

I traded up from Samsung S10, enough said. The stability, ease of use and reliability of IOS is excellent. Im a professional photographer, and I highly recommend the iPhone 11 Pro 3 camera system for serious photography. And for still life and landscape, I used a tripod and remote switch with impressive results. There are several established and proven 3rd party APPs providing shutter priority long shutter duration functionality for manual use. The iPhone 11 PRO wont disappoint.

Bought this iPhone last December and was so excited. But like in two months screen suddenly became black with running circle in center, like something loading and I couldnt reset or shut it down. I couldnt do anything until battery fully dead. Only after that I was able to restart my phone. Actually I was not able to use my phone for 16 hours. In store they did not found any issues and didnt suggest anything. Also noticed that time to time phone is super hot. Still hope assistants from apple store will help.

I have shattered the front and back screen on this model 3 times now. . . I have been an iPhone person for over 10 years. I have NEVER had a more fragile phone EVER You hardly bump this thing and it shatters. So fricking upset. I REFUSE to pay the deductible on a fourth version of this stupid phone. So beyond irritating.P.S. I keep a screen protector and case on my phone and dont do anything crazy. The back screen literally shattered from a one foot drop onto carpet.

I recently upgraded to this phone and was excited to use the camera. I take a ton of photos for my work, so this isnt a random hobby for me. However, the camera on this is the worst. The Live feature constantly turns itself on without warning and there is no way to turn off the clicking noise every time you take a pic unless you turn the volume all the way down. The colors are never true they look very yellow or off in almost every shot and yes, Ive turned off night mode and played around with all the settings. I never had these issues with my last iPhone a 6S, ironically. Not at all happy with this.

I have had my Midnight Green 11 Pro since launch day and am really pleased with it. Even more so than I expected upgrading from 2 year old iPhone X which I still was very happy with. Other than the colour and the 3 camera lens on the rear they look the same but the improvements are significant. As I love taking photos with my iPhone I was primarily swayed to upgrade by the improvements in camera functionality, in particular the addition of a wide angle lens.Picture quality is noticeably better even when viewed larger scale on full laptop or PC screen. Night time photos are much better and the new wide angle lens is greatBattery life also seems significantly improved even from what I recall when the X was new and I am especially noting that there is significantly less battery drain when taking lots of photos and video footage. On the X and earlier models I found significant camera usage e.g. at a concert or if sightseeing could be a real battery drain . Without heavy camera usage I can stretch to almost 3 days on a full charge well certainly more than 48 hrs.So good is the camera that I am seriously considering leaving my cameras Olympus OMD and Nikon DSLR at home when I go on holiday next year. NB I wouldnt do this if I were going somewhere new or where I wanted decent telephoto functionality e.g. a safari since the optical zoom whilst good does not have the range I would want. However for a city break or beach holiday it is ideal and the wide angle is a good addition for those things or even indoors.Yes iPhones are expensive only you can decide if it is worth it to you. I am so happy with my new 11 Pro and it does help that iPhones hold their value well if you look after them. I was able to get a trade in price for my 2 year old iPhone X that covered 40 of the cost of the new 11 Pro.Midnight Green is a nice, muted, classy shade too

Prior to buying this phone I had an iPhone 7. My screen had black lines on the screen which kept getting bigger and bigger to the point I couldnt see anything on my screen. The lockdown had just begun and found a Verizon store still open. I ended up walking out with a Gold iPhone 11 Pro 256GB. Its what they had available at the time no shipments coming in. Best purchase ever Works fast picture quality is amazing. Huge upgrade I would highly recommend this phone

The product was exactly what I wanted the only negative being the absence of any English language documents within the box. That may be why it was such a good price. I feel that you should be clear about that and perhaps include a copy of the English language versions of documents within the box. Its not clear whether it is meant for the UK market but the box did include a 3 pin plug adapter to fit the unusual charging lead i.e. it wasnt a USB cable.

It is actually a good phone as a phone. A very good as a small tablet computer as well. It was a fairly smooth migration from my old iPhone SE to the iPhone 11 Pro, just a few passwords to add and the download of all of the apps and it was good to go in about eight hours. The app download went faster after I realized the phone was still on the DSL WiFi and after I switched the phone to Sprints LTE, the download was done within an hour. The remainder of the migration was copying my music back to the phone, Apple has to build a better backup mechanism since it doesnt seam iTunes backs up the playlist from the phone. It is noticeably heavier than the iPhone SE and iPhone 6, but Ill take the extra hours of run time for the weight of that heavy battery. I do miss the audio port and the larger size is a nuisance when attempting to navigate email onehanded, which is a tradeoff for more screen real estate.Im happy with the purchase and will enjoy pushing it through its many features.

I love this phone. I have more space and can take lovely photos The only thing I really hate is the lock screen. It has a shortcut to the flashlight and camera. The flashlight turns on accidentally when Im walking.. I dont have to look at the screen Just holding it the wrong way. I have the shortcut in the usual top right corner. I find it pointless to have anything available while on lock.

I have a lovehate relationship with Apple. I love that all of their products are easy to work and with iCloud, everything is easily accessible. This phone is great a bit pricey. This takes me to the hate part of my review these phones are just getting more and more expensive. HEY, APPLE lets make a cheaper phone that works just as well

I currently have the 11 and its not too different the XR that I graduated from. But I am a sucker for a nice camera. Thats what sold me on the phone. Amazing. Soooo much better battery life than the iphone 7 that it is silly. I forget to charge my phone at night sometimes and it still gets me through most of the next day. I can run GPS ski tracking all day at the mountain and still get home with 50 battery. Love it. Camera is great too. Wish it had a finger print reader though. The COVID masks block the face reader

I just switched from an XS to the 11 Pro. Ive used iPhones for about 12 years now. I am somewhat disappointed with this upgrade as the only noticeable differences are a few features with the camera. On and off WiFi I cannot tell any differences with speed in relation to data use or basic communications. on and off WiFi I cannot tell any differences with speed in relation to data use or basic communications. My phone was full, unable to backup an update an decided since I couldnt fit much of my everyday life into it, it was time to skip to the future of the 11 pro for more space. Ive been using this phone for 1 month, bought it CPO. It came in like new condition the speed is better than my 8Plus and so is the camera. I wanted a smaller phone and this is a little lighter in weight. However, I seem to have to restart it every few days. It gets very hot for no reason and the intensity of the vibration is poor, which means I miss several calls. Disappointed.. Oh and so everyone knows the return policy is 3 days. Not sure where I missed that in the fine print. Google the issue about vibration strength.. I am not the only one that finds it disappointing.

The camera was the main reason I upgraded my phone and I have not been disappointed with it. Apart from the phone being beautifully made and working well and doing everything I want it to the camera is exceptionally good. I get good depth of field on the photos and it takes photos at night time that you just wouldnt believe. It almost looks like daytime and you have to darken them down a bit. Not really had enough time to experiment too much but so far I am not disappointed.

Already being an iPhone user there was no great surprises with the 11pro, but it does what it says on the tin. I bought it for the upgraded camera and it is excellent. I love the wide angle and zoom lenses. Apple make transferring everything from your old iPhone to the new one a doddle. It feels quite weighty compared to previous iPhones but I like that. Face recognition is great for signing into phone and various apps including Apple Pay. I would definitely recommend.

Love this iPhone. First impression was a colour cause I love greenie. So happy that Apple released this colour. Even many people said that Apple hasnt changed much about features but Im an Apple fan so thats enough to please me. With 3 cameras, the quality of photo actually increases a lot. But have to be honest that Im kinda concerned if I updated a new software, camera quality might get worse. That actually happened with all other iPhones I used to use before. Battery life seems pretty good to me even Ive heard about complaints with this modern from other users. All experiences with Siri, running apps were pretty smooth. However, sometimes I still have some problems with 3D face recognition to unlock the phone or apps. Not sure why. But overall, I still satisfied with this phone. Purchasers could go for iPhone 11 Pro max if they want a bigger screen but with me this modern is more convenient.

I bought this for my wife as a Christmas gift. She loves the phone, especially the battery life compared to her aging phone. There is a bit of a learning curve getting used to the new phone she never allowed her previous phone to update. I do have one big complaint though, I asked to leave her old phone on until she received the new one on Christmas. I asked if there would be any contact about the new phone before it was activated and was assured that there would not be. I was not even out of the parking lot when I received a call from her about the text or email she received congratulating her on her new phone. Way to spoil a Christmas surprise.

So Im an iPhone fan through and through it would take something spectacular for me to even consider moving away from Apple because the user experience is just on another level to that of Apple rivals. Ive had an iPhone 3GS, 4S, 6, 7 and now this 11 Pro.My 7 was a fundamental step up from the 6 clearly better in every conceivable way and noticeably so. The 11 Pro is good, but its not come with a wow, Im so glad I upgraded feeling. Obviously the phone is better and if you use the camera a lot then this is definitely the phone for you the camera is superb. But the speed of the phone isnt significantly better than the 7 and the supposed tech that locks onto signal better etc isnt obvious at all.I has to decide whether to upgrade the battery on my 7 or get a new phone. Im glad I did go down the new phone type as I am very pleased with it, but Im left wondering whether I should have saved the 300 and gone for an 11. Sure its less premium but once youve got a case on that doesnt matter too much. And yes, side by side with an 11 Pro, the screen is noticeably not as good but its still excellent and you get a slightly bigger screen without having to go all the way for the Max. If the 11 had had a telephoto lens in it, I would definitely have got it instead as I also didnt like the fact that I had to jump to a 256Gb rather than 128Gb storage.Overall, Ill quickly get completely attached to my new 11 Pro, even if that hasnt happened as immediately as I would have expected its brilliant in that its a great iPhone. But it isnt a step change of the level I might have expected and if you have an X or XS, I would definitely just wait for the 12, whatever features that may or may not have as the 11 Pro doesnt differentiate enough from its predecessor enough.

I gave this phone a bad review because the audio in FaceTime for the receiving person especially is horrible. The person you FaceTime only hears about half of what you say and most of the time you have to switch to a regular call. Have tried to get 4 replacements but they had same problem or it was worse. Drove 1.5 hours one way to an apple store to be told there is no problem with the phone must be the carrier or the SIM card. Got a new SIM card and still have same problem. Carrier says it is Apple and Apple says it is the Carrier. Was told the only solution would be to finish purchasing the phone and trade it in for a different phone. FaceTime is vital for us so grandparents can see our babies but end up using our old IPad to do the FaceTime. Feel like I am paying all this money for junk. On a positive the battery and camera are very good.

I am impressed with the speed and function of the 11pro. Everything is improved from my 7plus that was upgraded. My single con is that the keyboard is slightly smaller even though the two have the same screen size, but overall the 11 is excellent. I can get by without an industrial grade protective cover because of improved engineering, not saying that it doesnt still need protection, just not an huge oversized case, and it still is physically smaller than my previous 7. it is intuitive so the learning curve is minimal.

I absolutely love the camera on this phone I am able to take photos that pass as professional. Totally worth the price for that simple fact. My son is five and I had an iPhone 5 or 6 when he was born, and looking at the quality of of those photos makes me sick because they were nowhere near the quality I shouldve been using to photo my babys first moments. With the advances in iPhones cameras, it is no longer necessary to also have a DSLR

Ive not had any of the issues as described by some of the other reviewers that have rated the phone low. Camera takes amazing photos, yes it is a side upgrade from my previous iPhone X, but there is a bigger jump in efficiency in terms of processor and terms of battery life. Apple did jump to early on the release of iOS 13 which made for some lousy bugs that had to be fixed through a series of incremental updates… basically unpolished software… it happens often these days. Construction and build quality are top notch, Wright is a bit heavy but I dont notice it too much throughout my day…. actually prefer the heft. I have and have useduse both OSes android and iOS each have their positives and negatives. Overall its whichever you prefer in the end. People like android and tout it… great android is Linux Kernel, people tout iOS… thats great too its UnixBSD. Try using the OS in its native form. To each their own, both are great, but 11 is built fairly well. You decide, dont let someone else make a choice for you nothing is infallible. The dim point of this is that the area I am in has very poor Verizon service in some spots… as if its a blackhole.

Lost a star becauseI bought this phone recently and wanted it insured. What I didnt know before doing so was many if not most insurance providers require the IMEI number to be printed on the receipt. If it is not, in the event of a claim, you will not be able to claim.I rang JL customer service as this is not printed on the receipt and was told JL do not provide customised receipts. I almost had to return the product, but managed to find insurance in the end.I do not see why JL cannot write the IMEI number on the recipet like most providers as it is on the back of the box.The phone itself arrived quickly even during COVID posting delay and is as you would expect for a top end iPhone. Fast. Easy to use. Good screen. Very good camera.Just be aware insurance might be hard to find if buying from JL.

It drops constantly its not a network issue. Its slow to swap calls. If you need a reliable phone to make calls its not this dont get it for work. I recently upgraded to the iPhone 11 Pro from an iPhone X. To be honest, most of the upgrades are incremental. The new camera is great and its low light performance is really amazing. The wide angle lens can also come in handy. It is definitely a significant upgrade on the iPhone X set up.Battery life is excellent. My X was starting to struggle to last a day and I would say the 11 Pro will go for a day and a half with no problems. Face ID and general speed are faster than the X too.I really like the dark green colour and frosted glass back.Overall, this is a great phone. For me, a modest but worthwhile upgrade from the iPhone X. If you have an older iPhone definitely worth the step up to the 11 Pro.

Every device I have is Apple, but the back glass on this phone is not the best. I had the phone less than a year and the glass was busted. It worked as it should and no issues there. Love my new phone. I traded in my 11 pro max because it was just a little too big for my petite hands. The 11 pro is just the perfect size for my hands as with the pro max I needed to use both hands just to text. With the 11 pro all I need is one hand to text, make a phone call, surf the internet, etc. I would recommend this phone to anyone looking for a decent size phone. I couldve gotten the new iPhone 12 with 5g but I chose the 11 pro model because Im not into the 5g yet and the 11 pro models went down in price as it is now 1049.99 for the 256gb.

In reading some of the reviews I was struck by some one star reviews. In no way can I imagine someone fairly giving this phone a one star rating. Yes it is heavy, but in a way that says that the phone is solid and well made, even if there are other well made phones out there that are lighter. As for the camera, it is excellent, but some might prefer the Samsung interface. All these would be fair to say. But a one starI use the Samsung Galaxy as a personal phone and the 11 Pro as my work phone, every day I can compare them, and while I am a long time Android user, the 11 pro is the first Apple phone that I would seriously consider over my Andriod counterparts. The battery life is amazing, the processor is lightning fast, and the OLED screen is excellent. While I have some gripes about iOS limited customization, dated UX, it is a solid, polished, OS that works very, very well. All in all the 11 Pro is a very solid offering from Apple, and while I was not enthusiastic about entering the Apple ecosystem iOS and macOS are standardized for my company, I have come to fully appreciate this device as being one of the best phones I have ever owned.

The device itself is nice but I Prefer Google phones. I have always owned both devices one for business iPhone pro max currently and one for person pixel 4Xl currently So far Cant really justify the price of the iPhone over the pixel meaning I can do a lot more on my pixel for a cheaper price example I can say Google take a picture and it does it not just open the app and then I have to do an extra step to take the picture, and they offer alot more example free storage. For the money the pixel is a well rounded bargain, for exclusiveness its the iPhone so Its really what you see yourself using the device for. Dont get me wrong I will continue to buy and use both devices just not really fully on apples band wagon yet until they start updating the tech also.In all I like the new look of the iphone, the performance, the zoom options, camera is by far better than any other iPhone and other devices.Things I dislike about the device is its lack of technology meaning actually controlling the device hands free, Siri is so behind in techtime would rather the same c charging port as iPad pro. Its been pretty reliable but updates always have a bug or two so the quality changes each time a new update is released. I wish it came in more colors. I dont understand why the higher quality versions of each release only seem to come in silver, black, or gold while the cheapestweakest version gets fun colors like red and yellow. Not that it matters too much as I always put it in a case to protect it. Also even though the phone has plenty of storage my iCloud apparently does not so thats an extra charge to deal with unless I want to stare at the storage almost full notification forever. Or somehow not use the iCloud at all I guess, if I ever figured that out.

I switched from iphone 6s to 11 pro, because the battery on my old phone wasnt even good anymore. I can say that I had high expectations and I was a little disappointed. Very big differences are not after so many generations, the clarity is different, the sound, the cameras and because it is new battery that holds 2 days, but only so. No new function, the charging cable is no longer usb, I cannot connect it to the laptop, my old phone had the white screen and the gold back, this is black and gold, the worst possible combination. Theres a portrait mode that takes awesome photos. The quality is just wow. For 1,000, I personally wouldnt go out of my way to buy this. However, Im really cheap. One thing I dont like about this is that i need my pinky finger to prop this phone up and hold it up when I text or go through my phone… and when I have someone on speaker phone, because my pinky is there supporting my phone up , they cant hear me well. Battery life is excellent easily lasting an entire day even watching YouTube videos and Netflix this I am not a a gamer and would expect games to hit the battery hard. The camera is truly excellent in comparison to my last flagship, tho not all advertised options appear to be there yet coming in OS updates. The quality of the build is good, and the glass is tough having survived 2 drops unscathed before popping a case on which I highly recommend to protect your investment. This is a phone built to last and Apple always support beyond two years unlike other manufacturers. Price is always a scary thing with Apple, but when you can easily use this phone for up to 4 or 5 years with proper updates the cost per year drops below other providers where you have to buy new to keep up with the latest

The experience was relatively smooth a little convoluted when trying to compare the 3 models11, 11Pro, 11ProMax, had to keep going back to a main screen. Other than that everything was efficient fast professional delivered as promised, plenty of helpful and accurate communication. Received the phone quickly with total and easy ability to transfer from previous phone to new phone. FYI I upgraded from a 6 Plus to the 11 Pro. A little daunted by the idea of no home button. Takes some getting used to haptics, gestures BUT I absolutely LOVE it. In 48 hours I had it customized and I can use it with ease. The What a delight. Speed, face recognition almost instant on is wonderful. The camera is worthy of a professional. I am sure it will take me a while to get truly comfortable. Worth it though. Not that it matters but Im 70, retired and relatively new to the smart phone world. In fairness my hubby and two sons are in the IT profession. And my grandchildren have been a Godsend with my questions.

As a longtime iPhone owner, I knew what to expect from this phone. I recently upgraded from my iPhone XR. The storage on it is a lot more than what Ive had in the past, so Im happy to not have to worry about the number of photos, videos or apps that I have on it. Theres a noticeable difference in the quality of the camera. Its definitely a few steps up from my previous phone. It did have an issue with overheating, but Apple customer service helped me fix it. Pretty good

Its got an amazing camera and a super sharp screen. But after experiencing some issues, upon further investigation I found out that there are known issues. One is that the screen has a dark green hue upon waking that sometimes takes a while to clear and brighten and sometimes just happens. More annoying is that the touchscreen is sometimes unresponsive. Whether it be clicking on something or swiping. At one point I had to do a hard reboot to quit an app. Im hoping the issues resolve themselves but not so sure based on what I have read. Of the several iPhones Ive had, this is the first time Ive ever had issues.

I like it and its a good phone. I dont like the weightmuch heavier than the iPhone 7 I had. I dont like the swipe up to close things bc too many functions do this. I prefer a unique movement for closing things. I dont like not seeing the battery percentage on screen, but the battery lasts longer. The camera is awesome. The battery last longer. It is much faster than my last one. I bought it to upgrade bc theyre just a tool I need not a social statement. The weight is my biggest issue that I dont like.

I have this phone now, I upgraded a few months ago from the iPhone 8. I LOVE this phone, the camera quality is amazing. Its pretty durable as well, I have dropped it several time, and it hasnt cracked or even scratched. I do have an otter box on it though. I thought I would hate not having a home button, but I actually like it better, its easy. I started using iPhone many years ago, and Ill never own any other brand of phone.

Going from an iPhone 6s to an iPhone 11pro.Good sized phone with face recognition, The unlock is now done using a swipe action instead of having a home button, I personally prefer having a home button. The camera on this phone is amazing and also the life of the battery is good. Im not needing to charge for 23 days. The charging leads are the same as previous iPhone but it comes with a very neat folding 3 pin plug. Unfortunately it came with no instructions so I had to call my daughter on a lot of the features. Very over priced for what it does but with iPhones you do need to keep updating them or they seem to become problematic.

Im an IPhone User for over a decade now and I really love the IOS platform. I think that since Apple designs their phones to work. With their specific software, things run pretty smoothly. At some points all electronics may encounter glitches but they usually quickly make updates to fix any snafus promptly. The only con is that they still havent figured out how to make a phone that truly shatterproof. I also have an Apple Watch and AirPod Pros that work very well together. I really love the apple health feature.

I consider myself a duehard Samsung Galaxy user. Ive only owned Galaxy phones I love them. I work in tech most every person I work with in my large tech department use Galaxy phones.I decided to switch to IPhone after my mother needed back surgery I didnt think Id be allowed in her room because of Covid restrictions. I bought her an iPhone SE I chose IPhone because of the user friendly interface. My mother is 80 she always used flip phones. It was easy to teach her how to use the IPhone. While I love Galaxy, I do realize that they can be challenging because of all of the features they have.I switched in order to use FaceTime with my mother in the hospital.I do really like this IPhone. The camera is great, the battery life is really good, sound quality is great hotspot works very well with my computer when in the field.

I had an iPhone 8 plus few years ago and loved the phone, except the battery life was bad. I went to another cellphone brand which was a big mistake. I had to pay that phone off after it kept on having issue after issue even with a replacement phone, I had enough. I did A lot of research for the best iPhones with good battery and this one came up plus its all I could afford after dealing with my last phone. I love the battery life. I go to work at 5am and it is sometimes a 68 hour shift and when I come home its at 70 which isnt bad at all. Days when Im not working, the battery is at 37 by 4 pm which is pretty good. Now the cameras are way better than the old iPhone and the other phone I had. Takes great pics during the day and at night. I love the night mode on it. The face ID works I love it. I love not having dust on this iPhone too. My old cell looked gunky at times with all the dust it collected. This iPhone is light. I put it in my pocket and theres been times I had to check my pocket to make sure the phone is in there. Thats how light it is, even with a case which I made sure it was a lightweight case. Overall this is a MUST have phone. Im sticking with iPhones after the issues I had with the other brand.

Very nice phone but I was coming from the iPhone 6 so I was hopeful. It is pretty weighty. I have to get used to not having the home button but it hasnt been bad. I dont like having to hold down 2 buttons to shut down but not a big deal. I dont always hear my texts come through and I dont know why even when I have the volume all the way up. Sometimes it works, other times it doesnt. Ive also missed a couple of calls too. Havent used the camera too much yet but when I have it has taken nice pictures. Im not a heavy user of the device except for certain apps I use daily.

The phone is smaller than I expected, but its ok.

Ive had the IPhone 6s since 2017 and upgrading to this phone has been the best thing. I love taking photos on this, the matte finish on the back and the texture. Its so much faster and the battery is amazing. My 6s only lasted 2 hours, while this phone lasts all day Amazing. Overall 1010.I also recommend getting a glass screen protector I have heard these phones scratch easily due to the toughness in the screen itself. Cant have both one or the other.I would upload pictures I have taken with this phone, however all of them are of my children.

This iphone 11 came better than expected. I expected scratches on the back and front but theres nothing I could see. There may be micro scratches but nothing that than eye would discover. Another thing, the battery was surprising great. Before purchasing on bestbuy I was looking on facebook market place and amazon for the best price. Best buy and this seller had the best price for the Iphone 11 pro, Especially with he battery health, way better than all that I have contacted from the facebook marketplace and amazon. My iPhone 11 pro battery health came as 92 a lot of the other marketplaces had a total of 85 or lower and they were charging up to 800 as well. However for some, my iPhone rear camera has some scratches but it doesnt impact the visual or the taking pictures or videos. Mine also came with a screen protector, but I will be replacing that. Overall I recommend this refurbished phone.

I had iPhone 11 yellow for two months then got the pro. I see no difference whatsoever between the two other than looks. The pro is a tad smaller and thinner than the 11 and It looks sharp. To be honest it looks more chocolate color than gold. Like a brownish gold. Reminds me of chocolate diamonds. Its extremely beautiful like a work of art. To be honest the basic 11 is just as good so you get great quality in the 11 if you cant afford the pro

Ive owned an iPhone since 2007. I have consistently upgraded to the newer model each year call me a die hardI have almost always said what an upgrade each time but sometimes it was said just to make myself feel a little bit better. This time I upgraded my iPhone X to an 11 Pro and I can honestly say that the improvements are quite noticeable. The display is super bright and clear. As a professional photographer I truly appreciate the upgrades made to the camera. The wide lens is truly beneficial both rear and front facing. The updates to the camera interface are welcomed as well.Kudos to the team for the battery improvements too. Although I have been wrestling with it since the iOS 13 update, its still an improvement over the battery in my X.Overall, job well done Apple.

The perfect size. Trading screen size with convenience, this phone has found the happy medium. A smaller body can be more conveniently stowed. But, the screen size is sacrificed and photos, text, emails, etc. strain the eyes. The larger screens on the plus sizes are nice to look at but, difficult to stow and handle. 11 pro meets in the middle and finds perfection. Also, the camera is state of the art. A professional artist friend saw the quality of my photos and the next time I saw him, he had an 11 pro.

The speakers are great but I wouldnt recommend doing the max volume. It sounds like they can be damaged if used at that level for a long time. Other then that, perfect phone Im enjoying it everyday. I love the feel of the phone too and its not heavy or slippery as one thought it would be.

Its a perfect size phone for phone use and has a mini computer. The screen is a comfortable size for my eyes and for me too hold. Since it is larger, it has a bit more weight to it. This is my current iPhone and the newest model I have used. The camera is incredible and is the reason I opted for the Pro. I love it I had the iPhone X for two years before this one came out. I am loving it so far. It doesnt seem too different from the X. The camera is DEFINITELY better which is cool, but besides that the update had a lot of cool features I would say if you had the X or XS get the 11pro, its upgraded and the same price so if you pay monthly nothing even changes. If you have the XR or lower And want to save money the iPhone 11 would be a great option Still an upgrade just not as much as the 11pro

Ok, its still early days, but after the frustration of trying to use a much cheaper leather case, I am now able to use my phone as it was designed to be used. The cheap case made the phone shut down because when held to my ear, the case pinched the phone, which made it turn off. Learnt my lesson and the new Apple case is working well. The photos look amazing. Both the wide angled and low light shots are incredible. The sound quality and the speed of every program are excellent. All videos are so clear and the many music videos I have, have been brought back to life, with clear images and superb, seemingly surround sound. My phone works very well with my other Apple products…TV and Mac.Very happy so far.

I expected there to be a noticeable difference between the features of my old phone and this one, but there really isnt. I cant tell a difference in the images taken by the camera, and it still has a lot of the same issuesglitches that my Xs had. I wish I hadnt purchased this phone, but Im really glad that we didnt upgrade my husbands phone as well. Its still a great phone and we love iPhones. This phone works great, but the gold color is very unattractive Luckily most cases cover that up. Phone also seems to unlock itself with facial recognition very easily which is great right now, but hopefully wont result in lots of pocket dials in the future. Theres nearly nothing wrong with the iphone 11 pro max screen is excellent, games run lagfree, and the triplecamera system is versatile and effective, but what Ive been most impressed by is its battery life. Ive had to force myself to use the phone even more than normal to hit 30 percent before midnight. This isnt just the best iPhones ever its the best smartphone you can buy. Period. The iPhone 11 Pro Max is slightly taller and wider than its predecessor, but what youll notice the most is how it is 18 grams heavier. I quickly got used to it, but the added weight does make this alreadyexpensive phone feel even more luxurious. This is still a large phone, given its 6.5inch screen size, and it does require two hands to reach the top of the screen. The iPhone 11 Pro Max is the best that Apple can cram into a smartphone the highend screen, powerful speakers, upgraded processor all support the huge upgrades to the camera.

After Apple announced this latest model, I was far from impressed. Compared to the X that this would be replacing, it seemed like a very mild update, and not worth the entry priceHowever on actual use of this phone, it just shows that all the little improvements taken TOGETHER add up to a brilliant update.First off this just seems much quicker in use, from FaceID unlock to opening apps and swiping, there is no hesitation. I went for the new Forest Green colour also, which is also very nice. The phone feels nice in the hand. Now for the cameraThe main reason for upgrading Just wow I know other smart phone manufacturers all have great cameras on their flagship phones but again, in use these new cameras and sensors and software on the iPhone 11 Pro, are incredible for taking great photos quickly and easily. The superwide lens 13mm 35mm equiv is great for landscapes and interiors. And the normal 26mm and telephoto lens only 56mm I think are very sharp and great for taking portraits in portrait mode where it blurs the background nicely. The effect can be altered post capture amongst many other things in the iPhone camera software. The selfie camera is also updated to 12 MP so much sharper than before. The Night Mode feature is truly black magic With only minimal light, this tiny cameraphone that fits in your pocket can take photos at night that it almost makes it look as if taken in day light and is full of crisp detail. Incredible. In a few years there will not be much point in owning proper cameras looking at the rate of progression of these smart phone cameras. And oh yes, you can make great phone calls on this device as well as all the other things we take for granted now internet browsing, social media, online banking which is the most secure on the iPhone. And the battery lasts even longer than before. Whats not to likeSlight disappointments No USB TypeC, still has the notch, no reverse charging, still very expensive.

First thing, I chose the 11 Pro because I didnt want the size of the 11 Pro Max. Its the closest to the days of yore when iPhones were much smaller, which I liked. As for funcationality, the cameras are amazing full zoom capabilities from wideeye to 2x is a game changer, as are the low light capabilities and enhanced portrait mode. The display is insanely clear and colorful, especially for high quality photo and HD or 4K highframe rate video. Ive never had a low battery battery life concern after two weeks of use I average screen time of 7 hoursday. The software is super fast too, I havent had noticed any delay on any app. The setup and transfer from my old iPhone was super simple. Also, I chose 64gb because I use an iCloud storage plan for photos and documents, otherwise you might need a larger device. But for that added gb price Id recommend getting an iCloud storage plan. Thats an aside though, key point best iPhone yet.

Use the speakerphone on my previous Samsung device for many calls, and similarly planned to utilize while using the new iPhone 11 as well. This was an upgrade for my husband from an iPhone 6. The 11 Pro is beautiful and worked great right out of the box, EXCEPT that ATT never bothered to indicate either in the instructions that came with the phone or in my conversations with the person who talked me through the online purchase that the phone had to be activated by ATT after delivery. We fussed with it for days and finally called and they straightened it out. Apparently this is for security since the phone is sent by mail, but they never tell you that.

I always utilize my phone upgrade option through ATT. Obtaining, receiving and setting up my new iPhone couldnt be easier I just use the ATT app. Its simple and easy and I am NOT a total tech person.I have had the iPhones 3GS, 4S, 5S, 6S, 8S I still use an 8S as my company phone, X, and now the pretty new 11 Pro. I have an Apple Watch, an iPad Pro, and a Mac computer, so yes I do love my Apple products. The 11 Pro is very close to the X in side and weight, with the obvious distinction of the mass of cameras on the back. Now, the videos and photos taken with the 11 Pro are exceptionally clear, crisp, with more range and highlights.I life how the phone feels with out the home button removed for the X, and the simplicity of the functionality of the iPhones. I wouldnt change anything about my iPhone 11 Pro.

Decided it was time to move on from my old iPhone 6s and very happy with my new purchase. Battery life is wonderful and face ID works well. Everything works just that bit quicker. A big plus is its not too massive so fits into my trouser pocket. Definitely worth protecting with a case and screen protector as its a significant investment. It might seem a lot of money but given that I keep my phones for a number of years its good to have the iPhone that you really want. Camera is a plus for when you are out and about but still prefer my Pentax K1 for most occasions. 64GB meets my needs as I use Qobuz for music and my photos are stored in the cloud.

The failing battery on the iPhone 7 prompted my switch, and I am happy to report that the battery on my iPhone 11 Pro is beyond amazing I have been on the phone all day long and still end the day with 50 battery left. The wireless charging is flawless. In addition to the battery, I am absolutely in love with the new camera setup…I am matching some of the work that I kick out with my professional camera and the videos are simply stunning. Sadly, my ability to report on how the new iPhone 11 Pro does as a phone is completely hampered by Verizons absolutely miserable signal in the DenverBoulder area. Extremely expensive if there was a way to make more affordable I think it would behave Apple. Great ease of use and the photos are magnificent

I like most of this phone. I hate how it doesnt have finger print and only face scan. Not only that, it would be better if I could have more than one face. Plus I have glasses so it needs 3 just for me. Glasses, no glasses. Make up. Its also weird that the pro is smaller than the lesser one. The cameras are nice

Its a good phone. Mine is actually red but that color was not an option. We have been buying Apple phones since they began making them. I feel the apps and storage have gotten better over the years but overall quality has gone down. The battery takes forever to charge on the 11, battery life doesnt last as long and dont get me started on the switch to the smaller lightening charging cords they switched to a few years ago. They are awful and break all the time, I know they said they did this to add more storage but I feel they did it to make more profits.

Save your money, its the same thing. If you have had one iPhone you have another iPhone. If youre just a regular person you really cant see the difference in picture or video or any visual difference. It working faster, of course every phone that is brand new works fast. Not worth it, phone is big makes it hard to operate with one hand or to store on your person. Just a waist but since all phones are going the same way bulky, awkward and expensive I guess there is not much chose.

On July 29th, I receive this item. After 20 minutes of use, I see a green line of death on the screen of my iPhone which appears few minutes and disappears its awful to use an iPhone like that. I contact immediately apple assistant for understanding the real problem, I try to upload ios, rest, change luminosity .. but all these solutions dont work. the green line of death is still on my screen. Finally, we concluded that there hardware problem. Also, I notice two other problems the health battery is 94 weak and the phone charger is not original.the worst is that I dont have contact with this company, also, I wait three days without receiving any response to my comment.

Love the new phone and interface.Ive been a long time user of iPhone and have always maintained the position that if you want a phone buy a phone. If you want a camera, then buy that, a phone is not both… until now. Photography is something I absolutely love and this is the first phone that Ive ever seen actually gives the control, feel and end product of my 1st Nikon SLR back in the 90s. Adding a few apps like ReTouch, Lightroom, Photoshop Mix Focos are worth it, and a BLAST to play with. With added features like night mode and a superior front facing camera.. omg Upgrading to the iPhone 11 Pro is the best upgrade Ive ever made Battery is solid, and after a few tweaks like adjusting location services and the like I started getting 24 hrs per charge. The step up to the 11 Pro gave the extra camera, thats obvious.. however.. 5g isnt available on the 11. The screen resolution is ridiculous on the Pro as well. Unbelievable depth and clarity. Do not cover it up w the wrong screen cover.. spend the extra cash on a clear coat or high ends screen protector.. again.. well worth it.iOS 13 is so intuitive combined w the 11. I have several friends w XXs and the interface is virtually indistinguishable outside of the cameras and night mode.Favorite NEW features..3D photos thru FacebookReTouch and all it can do.. check it out. Ive been using apple products for a really long time… kinda stuck at this point with all the data. The have good products, but if you accidentally lose your phone and you have backed it up… goodbye everything. An old phone of my went into a white screen of death loop and never recovered. I ended up losing all my data. So be sure to always always always back up your data. I wish they used memory cards as well so at least we could have a physical back up

Its my first iPhone with 256gb in black color. What can I say I used to have android for all my life, so I was afraid of the iPhone IOS, but I discovered a new world It never freezer the screen, the battery is really good and the cameras… oh my Who needs a professional camera with this 3 powerful cameras Its just perfect I love my new iPhone. I am in love with everything. I just dont like one thing the IOS is really closed. We need to pay everything but thats fine, the cameras make me feel comfortable with it. I chose the iPhone 11 Pro because it was smaller than the iPhone 11 Pro Max and this size is more comfortable to my hands size.

I am happy with this phone. Its large enough to see easily but small enough to fit in my coat pocket. Not too heavy, attractive and the camera is brilliant. I love being able to take portraits and use the tele photo lens. The battery does seem to go down quite quickly but then it charges up very fast. It may be because of my use to be fair.

Rated it a 4 because I still have an issue with the cost of phones these days. I also have to get all new charging supplies…doesnt fit into my usb wall jacks, my auxiliary connections, my power bank, my laptop, or car. And the back up was not smooth took over 5 days to connect to anything Google related. And most saved password no longer work.

The camera is great, but unlocking the phone is now a pain. With the iPhone 8, I was able to program any fingers to unlock the phone whether in the day time or when its dark. The Face ID is inconvenient especially now that the new norm is wearing a mask. As a healthcare professional, having to touch my face to take off my mask just to unlock my phone is not an option. Inputting a passcode is inconvenient, but will have to do. I hope an update will happen to bring back the fingerprint.

I really like the iPhone 11. Camera is excellent, the screen is very clear and the size is perfect for me. For me the size of this phone is perfect for my hands, fitting at its maximum size. Any larger of a screen and it would be uncomfortable. The camera is excellent, awesome photo quality. The screen is comfortable to the eyes, and in dark mode its as so even more. The thing I like about apple products is that everything just functions reliably. I rather not have the customization aspect as it just clutters and slows down the phone. For a laptop, I would prefer the customization availability, but not for a phone. Overall very happy with this phone, have no complaints. In addition, Its cosmetically, aesthetically pleasing.

Boot Loop is when your phone gets stuck on rebooting mode. there are lots of videos on YouTube that explain how to do a hard reboot. It did not work for mine.also the phone would never back up it would say it was but then nothing.I got constant notifications saying that I was out of storage. I bought extra GB on Icloud and I pay extra for verizon cloud. I had about 6 apps that I would have to offload and redownload because i didnt have enough memory. Also good luck at getting help in store with ANY of that. The people working at the sprint store were extremely helpful and friendly which always makes for a positive experience. I was excited to upgrade to a better camera and the extra GB of RAM to make the phone faster. I got the iPhone 11 Pro and honestly the titanium back doesnt necessarily help or make it better. My phone overheats at least once a day and it locks up while Im using it to which I have to wait for it to cool down and it unfreezes itself. I never had this issue with the iPhone X that had the aluminum back. Im also considering whether I was given a refurbished phone versus a new one…I got the phone at the end of June 2020.

Ive had the 11 pro for a Little over a month now. Honestly one of the worst phones I have ever used. Sure it runs fine. Loads things fast, takes decent pictures, but the software is so far behind. I had android phones before and I should have never switched. The things you can do on one of those phones makes this Apple phone look like a brick. Will definitely be going back to a Samsung phone.

First and foremost I would like to say I am new to the ATT family and this is far most the best experience I have had thus far. Everyone has been genuinely nice and Im obsessed with the IPhone 11 Pro 256 GB in midnight green. The screen is the perfect handheld size and the camera really makes the thoughts of taking pictures exciting. The upgrade and carrier switch after 10 years has saved me money and time. The highlight for me is not only saving money by getting a gift card and a rebate for a trade in but being able to talk, text, and internet surf all at once for a cheaper price. Thank you ATT for making this an easy switch.

You are either Apple or droid it just is what it is. I ended up learning you can buy the device directly from Apple for a cheaper rate than the phone company. I was shocked That is what I did when I upgraded to the 11pro. The camera quality is top notch. The sad part is I know the phone can do 197382 more things that I even realize.

I am a long time iPhone user since 3G and upgraded from a 10S. I have had my 11 pro for about a week and the touch screen is not always responsive. I have to touch several times to complete an action. I understand that this is not reflective of Apples stellar track record, but I am a bit disappointed. The submit button didnt even work on the review, the first few times and my entire message wasnt copied and pasted properly when submitting this review.

I wanted the smallest new phone and it is still bigger and heavier than I would like. I like to carry a wristlet and while it fits inside, it weighs it down. I think all the features are great however it makes me wonder what Apple was thinking about putting the start button on the side It is exact opposite the volume up button and your hand naturally goes to both sides and you wind up taking pictures or closing the phone by accident. This is not the only model with that unfortunate feature. My husband has the same complaint about his 10.

I received my iPhone 11 Pro today, the delivery exceeded my expectations, it arrived directly on time 3 days. The phone itself had no scratches nor any dents. The only problem that I found with this product was the battery, the battery life was capped at 85, which isnt too bad or too good either. So if youre a person that is mainly looking for a good battery phone I wouldnt recommend certified refurbished products because youre only gonna be testing your luck. But if you like iPhones for their camera, Id definitely recommend this. Obviously the phone didnt come in a retail box, but it did come with a new charger and sim card ejector.

I upgraded from an iPhone 6s 16 GB to 128GB. Mind blowing. I like the no home button feature, this can be an adjustment but its an improvement It did meet my expectations, and the 2 lens camera is also a nice feature. Unless you take lots of photos you do not need to spend the extra money on the 11 Pro or Pro Max for the camera specs. The pro and Max do have a better charger and hours longer battery life, more water resistant, and display is a lot cooler resulting in better screen resolution.

The new 11 Pro has terrible design features. Think twice before taking the plunge. Im really disappointed in mine. The face detection and removal of the touch pad creates regular issues with the buttons on the side. The Siri activation and screen shot features are now controlled by side buttons. These buttons are in the exact location most people hold their phones which mean regularly taking screenshots inadvertently and activating siri at odd times. The traditional iphone plug is gone and earphones now use the same outlet as your charger. Great for Apple because now it begs for the new bluetooth earbuds andor a wireless charger. But for those regularly on the go or who want to use their phone earphones on other devices like laptop, iPad or even airline connections…well, now you get to carry around multiple earphones.

Super easy to transition to. I had an iPhone 8 before this and wasnt sure Id easily move over to no home button. Its went surprisingly well. I love the gold color but thats all personal preference. The pro was my choice because I was over having a HUGE phone…this guy still has the benefits of a huge phone with the screen real estate. I love this little guy and if you love a reliable phone with a great quality camera this guy is for you. Plus you can get pictures of the stars at night with this high quality camera

This new iPhone is great , and well worth the money. I had the iPhone X for almost two years after the XSXS Max didnt really impress me to spend the money to upgrade. But finally Apple didnt it, and actually improved something I care about which is battery life. This phone last about two days or longer, and charges wicked quick with the fast charger. The cameras are very quick, and take beautiful photos, and the wide front camera is nice as well. Face ID is super quick. Overall the iPhone X that I absolutely loved got a nice overhaul, and upgrade, even if the design stayed somewhat the same. If you are upgrading, even from a XS model, its worth it.

Excellent product and excellent service. My purchase was made on Black Friday and the store was very busy but I was not rushed and the attendant very knowledgeable. I always buy my electronics etc at John Lewis because of the service and extended guarantee. I have never been let down. The product itself is like all apple products, expensive but in my view you get what you pay for. It was very easy to set up and is intuitive to use. The main reason I went for the 11pro was the camera. The pictures I have taken so far are superb. I read lots of reviews and I have not been disappointed. Very recommended.

More money, less quality. Was forced to upgrade as my iphone X stopped charging. This phone is unacceptably slow, typing a text will cause the phone to freeze for 1015 seconds. Other than a camera that some may think is slightly better than their last iphone, I dont see any new value, its the same exact phone as the last model just with a few extra camera lenses.

I received the iPhone 11 Pro for my birthday last year and straight away I fell in love and noticed the difference between this and the iPhone 8. as a teenage girl, I love taking photos of the views and myself for my social media and I find that the camera on this phone is perfect. this phone is easy to use and a beautiful colour I have the goldrose gold. the only problem I have is that one of my biggest social media platforms is snapchat and the quality of the camera on the snapchat app is no where near as good as it was on the 8 for photos, however the video quality is really good.

Superb facilities and apps. An incredible camera that has reached a high end level. The screen is extremely good and the battery life vastly improved. What is there not to love…… well apart from the price.Like most iPhones, the grip is a little slippy, so I would recommend a case or cover for protection against drops, just to be on the safe side.I would not be without it now….

Im rating the pro as I have the 11 but its not available for rating. This phone exceeded my expectations as apple always does for me. I couldnt pick my best feature as it has so many and everyday I find something new that I love. I have tried various other smartphone brands such as blackberry, Samsung, and LG and I always come back to Apple iPhone. These phones have everything I need and the 11 is the best one I have had yet. The battery has been seriously improved and is long lasting. The phone itself is a great size and comes in very many colours I unfortunately could only get black. The camera is incredible and I get so many compliments on my photos. Ill always get apple

here is an honest review from someone that has hated Apple products since the ipod. I have always been android all the way. Every phone I have had since I can remember has been either a Samsung or lg. Enter the IPhone 11 Pro Max after a while debating on learning an new operating system and function of a different phone with Samsung its not that hard to go from one to another I decided to get the iPhone 11 Pro Max. And honestly Im glad I did. The cameras are amazing, the last android I had was the note 9 and upgraded from that. The Samsung note 20 ultra with its 108mp camera would be working over time to get the quality of the cameras on the iPhone 11 Pro Max. Also storage is better with the iPhone 512 gigabytes as oppsed to 256 or 128 with the note 20 ultra. Battery is amazing as well. Quick charging and it holds all day and then some. Im a heavy app user and I have yet to run the battery out in a single day. When I finally ran the battery out on the iPhone it was charger 50 in 30 minutes and a full 100 after just over and hour. Even with rapid charging it holds. Ive never used apple earphones and I can say the my are a whole different world of sound and clarity. Even though I have to connect my head phones with the iPhone through the charging port honestly thats what kept me from getting one when I initially got my note 9 instead it doesnt effect battery life negatively. If anything it gives it power and better sound from what I can tell. Customization is a little different from android phones. On my note 9 I could download Zedge and get all the ringtones, wall papers, and notification tones i wanted, not so much with iPhones however the camera in the 11 pro Max makes up for the lack in customization. Im still mind blown about it. If the 11 pro Max can make it through a 2 year contract that I have the. I may be just be an apple customer from now on

Not even comparable to the android. This is my first time switching over and I massively regret it. First, the display is not even comparable. Apple make everything look like a game, in the last Samsung I had s8 everything looks soo crisp and clean. Second, apple is wayy too basic, I miss having more options to customize my cell.

I had the iPhone 7 when it came out and enjoyed it. I went to a Samsung S10 later because Ive always had Samsung phones and wanted to try an android again. Let me tell you that Ill probably never go back to a Samsung again. When I unboxed and and started to set up this iPhone, I was really impressed. I had the 7 before with the home button and large bezels and I loved the whole screen even the notch display of the iPhone.Quality and iPhone go hand in hand. Pretty much everything about the iPhone is high quality. The display, the call quality, the Bluetooth connectivity, the sound quality, the iMessage and features, the camera, all the way down to the charger. The phone is fast and very responsive. Face ID is great and really convenient when logging into other apps like Wells Fargo, that way you dont have to put your password in all the time. The charger that comes in the box is AMAZING. Ive had fast chargers before with my Samsung phones but none of them could charge my phone that fast. I can have 5, put it on the charger and come back 30 minutes later and it will be on 8590 easily.Id say the only thing that is lacking is Siri but even thats improved with time.Side note I had the huge S10 which is the same size as the iPhone 11 Pro Max and got this smaller iPhone and I love it. It fits better in my hands and I can use one hand most of the time.Overall its a wonderful phone and I really enjoy my purchase. I have no regrets.
